    Air Conditioning Install

    Purchased a AC unit for my moms house. HVAC Consultant Michael Edwards was great, helpful, honest and never pushed and I admire that trait. We also talked about future furnace install which I will definitely have them back for the job in the fall. Install day was a bit of a mix up for arrival time, however Toby and Drew were outstanding, knowledgeable and very experienced. Everything went smoothly and clean up and floor protection was remarkable. I appreciate excellent customer service as both these gentlemen should be commended, thanks guys. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to everyone who wants good service and immaculate quality installers. Thank you for providing my mom and I a fantastic experience.

    Furnance, Air Conditioner and Tankless Water Tank

    We are very satisfied with your services; your professionalism and business knowledge is simply outstanding and deserves recognition.     Air Conditioner Unit

    We had a new air-conditioning unit installed by "Convertible Air System" the employees had it installed and running in less than 2 hours. Good friendly service. I would recommend you.Thank you

    AC,Furnace,filter and humidifier install

    Dave and Craig arrived on time and were very courteous. They took time to put down a sheet over the carpet they had to cross. The work was done in one day. Very neat and tidy. They worked steady and finished before 5 pm. They cleaned up all the debris and provided the information to register the warranty. Since moving in 18 years ago, the back of the house never got warm in the winter or cool in the summer. I woke up this morning with the bedroom temperature the same as the living room. The old furnace was quite loud, this new American standard is quiet as a church mouse. The old air conditioner was 25 years old and sounded like the Lancaster bomber going over head when it fired up. This one you can’t hear at all. The humidity was perfect in the house this morning and I didn’t get my usual shock off the cats nose. Great Job Convertible! .

    Air conditioning

    The installers are very friendly and I made a few request and they get the job done. Overall I'm very happy with the installation. And I will highly recommend convertible to all my family and friends :)

    Central Air conditioner

    Convertible air was recommended by my in laws who got their furnace and a/c replaced through them a few years ago. They are very knowledgeable about the product they carry and never push for sale compared to other places we called for quotes. Over all very satisfied by the product and service and would highly recommended them to anyone looking to services they provide.

    heating

    I recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. I had a High Efficiency Furnace installed and I was happy with the Salesman and the Men who installed the Furnace. Thank you!

    Furnace and Air conditioner

    We were extremely pleased with the two gentleman named Adam. They were very knowledgeable and experienced with the removal and install of both our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner. Everything went smoothly and the clean up and protection of my hardwood stairs was remarkable. Thanks Guys.     New Amana Furnace

    I obtained 3 quotations for a new furnace, from which I chose Convertible Air. I was impressed with Marnie's casual professionalism, and how she quickly understood my needs. She answered additional questions that I had over the next few days, by email. On installation day, the 2 guys arrived as scheduled, and were friendly and professional. Adam was very thorough in explaining all elements of the installation and the product. Everything was left as they found it (they cleaned up after themselves). I will recommend Convertible Air to family and friends. Thank you for providing me with a good experience.

    Furnace, A/C, water heater replacement

    I wanted to replace my older furnace and A/C with high efficiency and quieter A/C models, plus replace the gas water heater in a 100 year-old Toronto home. Marnie made arrangements to come to the house the next day and ran through my options, explained about rebates and gave a good price for the work, to be done over two days. The crew arrived as planned and completed the main part of furnace and air conditioning installation the first day, and finished most of the rest the morning of the second day. I had arranged for a replacement Desert Spring humidifier, which they installed for me. All done very professionally and neatly, even the two holes through a stone rubble foundation for the two vent pipes.
