    Central Air Conditioning

    The installers from Convetible arrived on schedule. They introduced themselves, checked and confirmed Location for the outside unit, and went to work. The one technician took care of everything outside (two techs to lift the unit onto the wall brackets) while the other tech completed everything inside. They were very efficient and skilled. I tried not to ask too many questions, to avoid holding them up and avoid distracting them. Our basement was unfinished so the install was completed in a timely manner. The workmanship was neat and the area was clean when finished. We requested quotes for the exact same brand and SEER 16 rating, from 6 HVAC contractors including two that had mini signs up in our new subdivision. Sam Amodeo from Convertible provided the best price. Our thanks to Sam and to the installers, Branden and Josh for great work. I’d certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

    Gas Furnace Instalation

    I was satisfied with the Convertible Air Systems service from the beginning when I called their office requesting information about the gas furnace. The service was outstanding and precise. The technicians arrived at my door on time, very polite and attentive to my questions. They installed the furnace with less than 2 hours. I was so happy with the service they provided.     AC and Water Heater replacement.

    Top notch service all around with Convertible - couldn't be happier with this purchase. From quote to install, smoothly done in a matter of days. Very knowledgeable about their products, and the install technician Dieter was fast, friendly, and efficient.

    Installation of airconditioner

    Thank you again Marnie. Adam did such a wonderful job. It was nice coming back to a company which I have now used three times over the last 16 years to install new air conditioners.     Bring on winter, just not yet

    I bought a new American Standard furnace to replace my 22-year-old Carrier. Convertible wasn't the cheapest quote but I was keen on the slightly more expensive American Standard furnace based on Consumer Reports testing. Sean, who provided the quote, demonstrated a knowledge that earned my trust. I had them over last winter to install a humidifier. Call it a test run. They did a fine job. For the furnace, Kamil and his apprentice, James, were on time, pleasant and did the install quickly and with no snags. They left the utility room cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with the way they reorganized all the water drainage hoses (AC, humidifier and furnace). I am counting on Convertible to provide the same level of service when they do the maintenance.

    Product purchase and instalment

    Furnace, AC, & HWT replacement

    It's a family business and you can tell for them it's personal! Amazing service and quality work from my first call in to installation. I appreciate being educated on background information when buying a new product. Chris was awesome, and happily answered all my (thousands) of questions about all three products, the install and offered solutions that worked for me. He even offered to correct a few issues with the set up that I don't think any other company would have offered. Regarding install, Adam was beyond any expectations. By far the most professional and experienced person I have met in the industry. He did a clean professional job, took the time to make sure that it was the absolute best install possible for my space. No corner was cut, everything looks and functions great. And both Adam and Adam (his colleague) were a pleasure to deal / work with. Thanks for an amazing job at a great price!

    Air Conditioning Install

    We got an air conditioner installed in Stoney Creek. The installers arrived when they said they would and promptly got to work. We got a quote from Marney on the Monday and the installation was done on Friday. The installers worked quickly and even though there was more work to be done than originally thought, the job was still completed in three hours. Work was neat and the installers were very friendly and considerate of our infant daughter. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning for your next install.

    Furnace, AC & water tank replacement

    The whole process was seamless from consultation to installation. At the onset, Michael, the consultant, was given us excellent advice as he listen to our needs, plus he help us in contacting the energy auditors as to take advantage of the rebates. On the scheduled date, the 2 installers came on time to remove the old a/c, furnace and hot water tank. And, the installation of new equipment was efficient, quick and clean. Still, they even took time to explain the use of new programmable thermostat, and the importance of doing paperwork for warranty purposes. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with no stress.

    Air Conditioning and Humidifier

    First time used this company through a referral. So far so good and time will tell the quality and the lasting of both the air conditioning and the humidifier. The technicians were great and polite in their installation process.
