    Install a new tankless water heater

    I saw their adds on the flyer and I call them the next day the salesman was here already and check the place where the heater will be Install and after a couple of discussion , the salesman set a date for their staff to come over for the installation, and on the scheduled date the staff ws here so early and the staff is very professional and now I have my new tankless water heater good job guys.

    Furnance & AC Replacement

    The awesome staff from Convertible heating & Air Conditioning, from sales (Christopher) to the techs, (Kamil & James) were friendly, honest, helpful and very knowledgeable.The installation was very neat and clean. Thank you for your good work and professionalism.I highly recommend This company.

    Navien Tankless water heater

    The staff from Convertible, from sales to tech were friendly, honest ,helpful and very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with there install very cleanly done. Will you use them again in future. Thanks again for great job guys

    New Furnace

    We're so very happy and satisfied with the service of Convertible Heating. We suddenly lost our furnace and went into quick mode to replace it. After contacting Convertible Heating their Consultant was prompt in returning our call and visiting our home to review the situation and giving us a very competitive quote. After agreeing to the price we were set up for a new furnace which was installed shortly after the very next morning. Their installers were very courteous and and cleaned up so well we couldn't tell there had been work done. Thanks Convertible, We'll recommend you to all our friends and neighbors.

    Hot water heater replacement

    Had a leak in my water tank and Grant was quick to send a technician over on a Sunday. Turned out that my shut off valve was also leaking so I called again and Grant moved mountains to help me get a new tank within a few hours. Raj, Toby (and Toby's associate) were all very professional and sound in their dealings with me. Excellent all round. I've never used the word Fantastic for a home improvement company until today. The best in the business in my opinion.

    Furnace installed

    I am very pleased with the installation of my new furnace which was done by convertible heating techs.They did an excellent job and they took the time to answer all my questions. There was a problem with my AC unit which was pointed out to me, and which they promptly corrected. I was impressed with their work ethics and the time it took them to install the unit.I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

    High efficiency furnace in an old house with no floor drain!

    Marnie has done a few jobs for us at our home and with our recommendation, a number of jobs for our friends. We, and our friends, get a number of quotes and Marnie consistently undercuts the competition while delivering the same equipment and providing a superior installation! Thank you to Adam who was the technician for the furnace installation at our rental property. It was a super clean job! He was punctual and respectful! Well done!

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Install

    We were rather please with the professional manner in which us seniors were treated with this company. From the quote to the install we were treated with respect and everything was explained to us in detail. The gentlemen who installed our new equipment were professional, on time, clean with their work, explained how the new equipment worked and were respectful. Thank you for your good work and professionalism.

    Furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank

    We contacted convertible air after receiving 2 quotes from the larger energy companies. They were very informative and spent the time to explain what we needed. The installers we had did a great job minimizing impact to our small space and they were very friendly.

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    Marnie from the company was quick to come to the house and provide a quote. The installers were there the next day to install the units. They came on time and were very professional. The prices are also very reasonable.
