After getting quotes from multiple vendors on a boiler and separate water heater, I had them come by. Marnie, a female tech from Convertible, compared to the 5 male techs from other vendors, was head and shoulders more likeable and competent than the rest.
I picked Marnie for the water heater and her crew came in, indicated an amount of time it would take, completed the installation in that time and were pleasant people. There was a minor leaky valve that, having some welding experience myself I might let go, but they said no, went and got a new valve and replaced it and that was appreciated.
I picked another company for the boiler and 1 + years later I'm having trouble with the boiler and scheduling a tech to get here from that other company. Based on my interactions with Marnie, I doubt I'd have the same problems with her. I picked the other company for boiler because they came back with slightly better parts warranty and labor warranty as I remember.
The warranty at the other company expires this year and I'm going to call up Convertible to have them do future service and maintenance on both appliances.
Many of the sales people tell you to go for product offerings so they can get their commission, Marnie isn't like that. She has character and you can tell is a person of high integrity.
You won't be disappointed
