    New furnace install

    Great experience from start to finish. No hassles, no problems. Chris was easy to talk to, didn't waste my time with sales pitches, gave me exactly the information that I wanted to know, and even drove thru a snowstorm to make our appointment. Adam and Adam completed our install, and were nothing but professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The workmanship was neat and tidy, and their clean-up was fantastic. Adam even identified an existing minor gas leak on my hot water heater and promptly took care of it. I'm very picky, but it was tough to find anything to question with the install and set-up of the new furnace. Right from the first meeting with Chris, I felt I could trust the install would go well....and it did. Would highly recommend.

    A/C Installation

    Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything in detail, provided multiple competitive quotes, and let us take our time in deciding what would suit us best. Installation was timely, clean and professional. I would highly recommend Convertible to others. A big thank you to Mike and the team!

    Furnace Installation

    Chris came - provided competitive quote -explained everything thoroughly. Kamil and James arrived right on time for the installation - completed the total project in 3 1/2 hours, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. They were very courteous, explained everything in detail, and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. We were extremely impressed by the total professionalism experienced during the entire operation, and have no hesitation in recommending Convertible Air to friends,

    Tankless propane water heater

    I contacted five companies regarding the installation of a tankless water heater over a two year period before approaching Convertible. The other companies simply could not convince me about switching from an electric to a tankless water heater. Living in a rural location my hydro bills are very high and it was a major decision in terms of cost saving. When I spoke to Sam from Convertible Air and his method of explaining was simple and effective and his knowledge and experience were clearly evident. This gave me the confidence to proceed with the change over. Sam offered me a very competitive price and installation took place within a week. The crew that arrived were thoroughly professional and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend Convertible to everyone because of their outstanding commitment to customer service and excellent professional standards. It's all about trust and this is what makes the difference when choosing a contractor like Convertible Air. Fantastic company to deal with

    Furnace and water tank installation

    Our furnace and hot water broke down unexpectantly. Within an hour of calling, I had Mike at the house to give me a quote. He set up the installation team for the next morning. Kamil and his partner worked capably and diligently the whole day to restore heat and hot water.

    Furnace , Hot water , AC

    Marnie and her team @ Convertible are the best !! Great people who really care and know their business inside and out! We had a new gas hot air furnace , gas hot water tank and AC installed about three years ago and we couldn't be more pleased .

    Hot water tank installation

    Mike, Ali and Syed were competent, efficient and timely with the installation of our new water heater and the removal of the old one. They are a rare breed in my experience with sales and installation. Will not hesitate to refer to them for any upcoming heating and air conditioning needs and will definitely recommend to neighbours, family and friends. Big Thank You!

    Hot Water Tank - Excellent Service

    We contacted Convertible by phone. Grant was very pleasant, answered the many questions we had, and offered the best competitive price - so we then placed an order with Grant for a hot water tank. The installers, Toby and Drew, came in a couple of days as requested. They were very kind, efficient, and did a clean job. We would definitely recommend Convertible to others!!

    Great service for new hot water tank

    We needed a new hot water heater tank and were very happy with the service we received in a timely manner. Chris was very helpful in setting us up with a tank that fit our needs. Ali and his helper did a great job in installing the new tank. We would recommend Convertible which were very professional and great to deal with.

    Furnace Air Conditioner and Humidifier

    I chose Convertible based on the reviews on Homestars. They replied to my e-mail enquiry immediately and called the following day to make an appointment. I didn't shop around but had an idea what I thought the job would cost. The quote from Chris was comfortably within the budget so I went with them. He said they could do the installation a few days later. There was a it of a hiccup with the first installation crew but it was all resolved. The second crew , Brandon and Josh were great and did a first class job. After the first four or five days everything seems to be working exactly as I has hoped. So far, so good
