    Amanda furnace installation

    I picked convertible heating and air conditioning mainly because of the price. I also liked that they have a ten year parts and labour,plus lifetime on the heat exchanger! marine Amode was excellent to deal with and very comforting and professional. Installers did a great job. I would highly recommend this company! Ten star rating in my opinion.

    Hot Water Tank

    Great experience! They provided lots of information by phone and came out to install our hot water tank the next day. Techs were nice, careful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use them again.

    Furnace service

    My furnace was not working when calling for heat so I called Convertible. They came quickly and resolved my issue in no time. I appreciated the quick response and the friendly technician.

    Furnace repair/replacement

    I came home from work only to discover my furnace wasn't working. I had hoped to get through this winter, before replacing my 20+ year old furnace, trying to avoid what I thought would be a costly aggravation I could do without. My home warranty program had sent Raj (who had repaired it last winter) to take a look. Due to part cost and furnace age, I had to wait for them to approve to cover the repair. Raj left me with two heaters for warmth. I was informed the next morning that they would not cover it, and Convertible said they could repair or replace it. After looking into my options for buying, I decided to go with Convertible. Mike came over to discuss/assess the situation, which turned out be a straightforward installation, at a good price. He also left me with an additional two heaters. The installation was done on Monday, in a timely and professional manner by Toby and Drew. Turned out that that I'd what I dreaded wasn't really so bad after all. When I am ready to replace my A/C, I will be calling them to do the job. Thanks to all for a job well done.

    Furnace replacement

    I have lost heat on one of the coldest day and I contacted various company for a quote and Convertible Heating provided best quote and they respond to my late call with most efficiency. The technician was on time and professional in responding to my calls and completing the installation.

    Water heater replacement and installation

    Weekend approaching and suddenly the water heater decides to leak and no hot water for the family. Prompt response to my call and the agent Christopher was very professional and explained the problem and what all my payment options were. All the work was done in 2 hours with no fuss, and working perfectly since.

    Furnace / AC

    Very pleasant and knowledgeable group of people. Both Adams who installed my furnace always maintained a clean work environment and always asked my opinion before they did something that would require holes in the walls or tubing/wires outside. They have prepped everything for when spring comes and I can get the AC in, so I can't wait to see them again and get some cold air into the house, but only during the summer! So happy my house is warm and cozy now

    Furnace and AC Installation

    With the failing furnace getting quotes for a replacement was like seeing a bunch of tow truck drivers fighting for piece of a pie. That is until I met Convertible. No haggling. Good advice, and just a decent price for top brand equipment. I asked for A-Team to install the new furnace and AC, and now that installation is done I am trying to figure out how to mess up my basement to return it to the original state. I am very particular about quality with attention to detail, and it is extremely rare for me to go through a house project like this without seeing a flaw. The 10 stars score is well deserved. It would have been be 12 stars if it was available. Thanks!

    New Furnace

    My old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and needed to be replaced asap. It was -9 degrees outside and my home was losing heat fast. I called Chris at Convertible and he came quickly. Chris explained what had happened (broken heat exchanger) and what needed to happen (a new furnace). He could replace it the next day. He had the cheapest quote and I replaced my AC last year and was happy with their service. Installers were friendly and knew what they were doing. It was a 4 hour job and I finally got my heat back on. Thanks Chris and Convertible for the great price and service!

    Great Service and Communication

    Convertible did an excellent job on re-routing our ductwork for our basement renovation as well as installing a brand new HVAC system. They worked well with on contractors and got the job done in time for us to move in and enjoy our new home. Highly recommended!
