    Furnace installation

    Chris and his team provided exactly what I was hoping for when I called with a furnace failure. They answered the phone when I called, were out quickly to provide quote and completed the work professionally. Thanks for putting the heat back on.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner and Water Heater

    So happy I came across this company's ad in a home flyer. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. First the lady at the office who made the apt, then Mike the salesperson, then Kamil and James who installed everything. Kamil and James were very proficient and efficient. The company should be proud to have these two working for them. I have already recommended Convertible Air to people I work with.

    Great and honest people!

    Had a new AC unit installed and for the longest time, I was debating if the AC brand was reliable, given that many of the review online. After speaking with Chris, and the owner of the business, I felt relieved that their quality of work and equipment are reliable. The installation team was very efficient, and the clean up was fast. This company is one of the most honest shops I have encountered. You will not be disappointed if you choose them as your installers.

    Installed new furnace

    Very nice company. Michael from sales was very professional and provided the right information which we needed during our crisis situation. Our furnace was red-tagged due to CO leaks. He was able to fit in our furnace repair in a very short notice. We replaced our old single stage furnace with a new two stage high efficiency Amana furnace. The two guys who came to do the replacement were also very professional. They answered all my questions. And they were super fast. The whole task took them just 3 hours. Certainly would recommend to my friends.

    Amana Furnace

    Convertible Heating & Air-conditioning are professionals and thoughtful; working quickly, contentiously and efficiently. A positive reflection on the Convertible Family and will not hesitate to share with friends and family. Mike, our Systems Specialist, was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our needs and circumstance. He reviewed all options and answered our questions. I will not hesitate to share with anyone who may need these services and products.

    Furnace/Aircleaner

    Called Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning for an estimate for furnace and air cleaner.Christopher came right on time for the appointment and explained all the options. He was easy to talk to and there was no pressure. David and his assistant did an excellent job installing. David was very professional and helpful in explaining various aspects of the furnace. I would recommand them to my friends and family.

    Furnace and AC

    We came home to find that our 25 year old furnace had bit the dust. We decided we would also add AC for next summer. Thankfully the weather was mild enough that we had the luxury of shopping around. I booked Enercare and Reliance for quotes. We also called Convertible based on their positive reviews - from the moment the phone was answered the customer service went above and beyond. Everyone that we dealt with at Convertible was polite, professional and knowledgeable - from sales to installation. We dealt with Marnie who was so easy to speak with and really knew her stuff! Our installers were punctual, friendly and did quality work - very neat and tidy. Great company, great people and competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

    Furnace, a/c and tankless water heater

    Excellent service from Marnie and her team. Very accommodating during our renovations and answered all our questions with prompt service. Far better service from this family run business than the bigger competitors. Highly recommend!
