    Furnace and Tankless install

    Mike was our salesperson and he was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Showed us what we needed and what we didn't need. No nonsense quote with flexible payment options. The installers were great too. They answered any questions we had, they were friendly and approachable. They did everything very neat and tidy, with professionalism. Thank you Convertible Air!!!!!!

    HVAC Replacement Great Service and Product

    Called asking for quotes and were very reasonable. Sales team was very helpful in financing the cost into manageable payments schedule. The service installation team was available within a short period of time and were very professional.

    Furnace, air conditioner, tankless water heater

    I got a great feeling from the moment I met Marnie. She was very thorough and explained the work that needed to be done. My furnace was very old and needed to be brought up to code. This required quite a bit of reconfiguration. The workers who came to do the work worked extra hard so that they wouldn't have to put holes in my ceiling to install the new venting (Marnie had told me that they would most likely need to cut holes in my ceiling). This saved me from having to do repair work after the installation. My home warms up much faster now. The new furnace is a big improvement! I won't be testing out the air conditioner until next summer.

    Furnace quote and installation - fantastic

    We bought our house last year; older house, 12 years old, came with builder furnace, a Heil. This fall, when furnace turned on, the motor started squealing. When a few HVAC contractors lookedat furnace, they found tge beginnings of a crack--which meant new furnace. After talking with 5 HVAC companies, researching them, Chris from Convertible Air impressed me the most. He came armedwith knowledge, data, facts, and was able to answer all my questions. He was also one of the only people to properly quote the BTUs needed for the furnace (60 000 instead of 80 000). I went with the American Standard, 2 stage, and am very happy with it. The installers were also knowledgable, friendly, quick, polite, and performed a great job on installation and clean-up. I would totally recommend Convertible to everone; great price, great service.

    New Furnace, humidifier & air filter

    Very knowledgeable and courteous sales and service people from start to finish. The installers did a wonderful job in explaining things and keeping the house clean. I would recommend. Thank you.

    Emergency Service visit on furnace

    Convertible Heating did a fabulous job responding to an emergency visit on my furnace over the wknd and got the replacement part needed for proper repair next business day! AWEOME

    New HVAC installation

    After receiving half a dozen quotes from different companies Convertible was a breath of fresh air. Marina was very open and honest and made me feel immediately at ease which was not the case with many of the companies! Our furnace had been red tagged and we were without heat. Marina came in and assessed everything and gave me a quote on the spot and once I agreed she set up the installation the next day! The guys that came to install were very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I was beyond pleased. After the installation I found myself with a couple questions so I called the company, I received a call back within a couple hours from Marina who again was incredibly patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to work with this company again and I will certainly be recommending them.

    Air Conditioner

    I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sandy, Marnie and Chris at Convertible Heating and Air for over 6 years. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and treat their clients with the utmost respect and courtesy. They replaced my furnace several years ago and recently my Air Conditioner. Unlike many other companies, Convertible doesn't play pricing games. They offer a competitive price the first time so I know I don't need to waste time shopping around. I also know the service they provide is second to none and that to me is more important than price. Adam the service technician was a pleasure. He arrived on time as scheduled, was extremely friendly and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and skill of his work. His assistant also named Adam was just as pleasant and meticulous. I have absolutely no hesitation is recommending Convertible to friends and family because I know they will be in good hands.

    Purchase and Installation of new furnace, aircon, ductless ac and heat for room over garage

    Chris was great during the consultation presenting a number of options for our size home and budget. He was honest in his assessment of our need for an aircon and heating option for a room above the garage added by the previous owner without addressing aircon. They (the previous owners) did install massive baseboard heaters, which detracted from usable wall space for bureaus, dressers, etc. Chris's solution has worked perfectly. The install crew was very professional, friendly and hardworking. Very efficient. Laid floor protection, explained what the plan was for each day. Kept their schedule. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this family owned business.
