I called Convertible and they referred me to Dieter who was came to the house on a Saturday morning which was very convenient for me. We had a number of issues to work out with the location of the vent on the exterior of the house, but after looking at the options, he quickly went to work and did a fantastic job. We love our tankless heater and would recommend Convertible to our friends.

For several years I was looking to replace my 25 years old furnace. I had called several companies that install Furnace, but the prices were too high. I came across an advertisement for Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Marnie, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She gave is a Quote over the phone, which I found was reasonable and less than what other had quoted me. So I decided to go with them. the installers Roop and Josh came on time, did a good job, cleaned up the place and took the old furnace away. I was very satisfied with their Job.

Before going for convertible, I obtained 5 quotes from different contractors. Chris was the sales person and he very quickly impressed me with his knowledge and efficiency. Looking at the customer satisfaction ratings and the very competitive price, the decision was obvious. The installers Josh and Brendan came on time. They explained to me what they had to do and went on to do the job. They took care of everything: they returned my rental water heater, took the old equipment and cleaned up after the job. It took about 6 to 7 hours for everything. On their way out they told me that everything was working, we did a quick inspection of the work and they left.. Unfortunately, I did not ask them for a demo and when I tried to put the system on "fan" just to check it out, nothing happened.. I called the office and they very quickly connected me back to the installers. We tried to troubleshoot over the phone but it was obviously beyond a simple problem. They committed to come back the next day at 7h30 am and they were right on time.. After 2 mn, they discovered that there was something on the furnace that was not plugged properly. Everything was working after that.. So the only opportunity for improvement for me is to test the system with the owner present before leaving.. Based on my sales and installation experience, I would highly recommend convertible.. We have not used the system at all so far due to the outside temperature but i do not anticipate any problems and i am now confident that i can count on them if something goes wrong. Grant helped us determine which high performance furnace and AC unit matched both our needs and our home's requirements. The installers arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day to install and finally finesse the installation and functioning of both units. We experienced an unexpected noise from the AC unit and called Grant. Within 2 days, the head installer returned to check the unit's installation. It was rechecked by one of Convertible's service technician to ensure the unit was functioning properly. We re most please with the service we have had from the company to date and the professionalism of all its representatives.

I am very pleased with my new furnace, quality, price and installation process. My new American Standard furnace is very quiet compering to my old one !!! It makes a big difference to me special when I have to work from home. I will recommend that company to my friends and family

Marnie supplied me with tonnes of useful and easy to understand information during the estimate phase. She asked all the right questions and we worked together to choose the best system for our home. The install was smooth and we are very satisfied with the results. The installers were courteous and professional and our utility room was spotless when they finished the job. I would hire Convertible again for our heating and cooling needs.

Starting with the quoting process, Christopher gave a no nonsense quote, including projected installation date. Two people came to install the furnace and air. They were not satisfied with the condition of the tankless equipment received from their supplier, so they ordered a replacement unit and came to install it on another day. Overall, the work was completed to my satisfaction. My home was left in a clean condition.

Reviews of the company and their service was excellent and we will agree with them. Sam was easy to talk to, and sent out the installers James and Kamil both conscious and professional. They protected the floors in our house, did an excellent job on the installation and were very knowledgeable about their work. From beginning to end we were impressed.
