    Air conditioning

    I needed a quick solution for cooling down the 3rd floor of a house. I called many HVAC companies and Marnie and Sandi were the only ones that met all of these criteria: were courteous on the phone, were knowledgeable, took the time to come up with a solution, answer all of my questions and book a free consultation right away (another company wanted $100 just to show up). Marnie was amazing. She came right away during the heat wave despite her busy schedule, and did a thorough inspection. She and her installer determined that the space wasn't configured properly for a new ductless system that she was hoping for, so rather than take my money for something that wouldn't be ideal, or push me into something more expensive, she recommended I get portable AC units which ended up solving my problem. I am incredibly impressed with her integrity, knowledge and responsiveness and I would use them in a heartbeat for any HVAC work.

    air conditioner

    it was so hot yesterday and my air conditioner had a leak and water everywhere on my floor i called today they were here pronto fixed it fast and were on the level they could have sucked me in but very honest i recommend this company now im cool today thank you Convertible air Systems

    Furnace and AC

    I was in need of a new AC as well as furnace. Spoke with 4/5 Heating and AC companies with questions. Convertible was prompt, thorough, pleasant and very willing to answer all my questions. Price wise----middle of the road. Quality wise----very competitive. Accommodating re: installation---excellent. Installers arrived when they said, were courteous, experienced, and very clean with the installation and removal. All-in-all, a seamless experience.     Air Conditioner replacement

    We were able to get a fast and simple quote over the phone. We had someone come out to the house within a short time to get the work done. The person who came to replace the air conditioner was there on time and the work was done before the time that was quoted. Great work.

    New furnace and hot water tank

    After a fair amount of research online (bbb.org, homestars.com, etc.) and getting quotes from four companies, we decided to go with Convertible Air for our new furnace and hot water tank: the price was competitive and the brand names and models slightly higher quality than what other companies sold. The installers arrived a few minutes late but took the time to explain what they were going to do and got to work. They ended up venting the equipment on the opposite side of the house to the original equipment (after checking with us and explaining why), which saved us money on the required length of venting pipe and made a lot more sense (the original equipment wasn't installed in the best way possible). The work was all finished and everything cleaned up much earlier than we anticipated. Everything works great and we're very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the installers.

    Tankless hotwater

    Our 15 year old rental hot water tank quit and leaked on the floor. We decided to install a tankless hot water heater. The Convertible salesman was good at explaining the options and costs without pressure. The installation went off without a hitch. We are very happy with our new hot water system: more space in the basement, unlimited hot water, stable temperature and we are not keeping a tankful of water hot when we do not need it.

    New Furnace: American Standard Gold

    We are very glad that we selected Convertible Heating and Air. They were very professional from the initial consultation from Sean to the furnace installation by Adam and Adam.     Air Conditioner installation

    From the first phone call Convertible was quick, friendly and easy to understand. Chris gave and estimate and a week later it was all set up. The experience was very positive.
