    Air conditioning

    We were so pleased with our new air conditioning unit and the service we received. The initial person we dealt with was Chris and he was professional, reliable and knowledgable. The workers he sent to install the a/c unit were pleasant, they did a great job at explaining what the options were and you can tell that they were experienced in their field. We were so happy to get cool air dblowing during our heat wave. We would highly recommend them.

    Air conditioner

    My air conditioner broke over a hot day so contacted the convertible air systems Was very satisfied and happy with the work along with pleased with the service and the price was so good.

    Replacement of furnace and air conditioner

    My mom is 82 and both her ac and furnace needed replacement. I called several companies and not only the prices were high but the jot itself was a challenge. Thank you Convertible not only for the great, friendly service you provided but also for not taking advantaged of an 82 year old woman. Very highly recommended. Maria

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Sales person was Chris and very happy with him. This is the second time we have purchased from Convertible in the last 3 years. Excellent service, pricing etc. Install team did a great job. They were right on time and very courteous and professional. We will certainly continue to recommend this company and in fact already have.

    New furnace and AC

    I called Convertible after being shocked with the prices the two big guys were quoting. They beat both of them by A LOT. The salesperson was easy to talk to and not at all pushy. Installation went well and AC is working well. They only get 9/10 because they could have been cleaner - they left a few of their boxes behind and threw some old duct work into my recycling bin. Also left behind a 5' ABS pipe they had broken (but replaced!) during install. They should have taken all of this with them. Still though, a good job on a very difficult/custom install. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them.

    Air Conditioner

    Our AC had not been working very well for the last few months so we decided to replace it. We called 4 companies for quotes and Convertible was the best price by $400! We weren't sure if we would get good quality and service for that price but we were pleasantly surprised. They showed up on time, didn't leave a mess and the AC works great. I've since refered them to one of my clients!

    furnace

    service was great, furnace (American standard) lives up to its expectations. priced was right. with a 10 year warranty its a deal one could not pass up. service provider ( convertible air) ,was very helpful , but not pushy.

    Air conditioner

    Great service and unbeatable pricing on new air conditioner. Christopher was quick in providing a quote based on my requirements and arranged for an installation in just 2 days even in this busy season.

    TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER

    The reason I chose convertible was due to the influence of the numerous positive reviews on Homestars, which give me the comfort I needed to hire Convertible for this project. I sent a request for a quote on Monday evening and Sam called by 8.00A.M the following morning to schedule the onsite appointment the same day. Chris (Sam's) son came and provided the quote and the scheduled installation date and time. The installers Adam Trewlinski and Adam-2 & Adam-3 (yes, all three installers' names were "Adam"), arrived at the arranged date and time. There were some minor installation concerns which were easily resolved and the installation proceeded accordingly. Adam Trewlinski pride, passion and professionalism on the quality of workmanship was very evident throughout every phase of the installation and was completely beyond my expectations. My family was very surprised to hear how pleased I was with the entire Convertible experience. Without a doubt Convertible will be my go-to company, should I require any additional services in the future. I am so pleased that it seems that a rating of 10 is inadequate. I would say a rating of 10++++ would be more appropriate. Keep up the good work Convertible-good companies are a rarity. Job well done Adam Trewlinski.     New furnace & airconditioning

    I had four quotes, Marnie was the only one I felt new what she was talking about. This company is top notch. The service men arrived installed a new furnace & airconditioning unit . Everything worked perfect, there was no mess the service men cleaned up everything . Shop around YOU WILL NOt FIND A better company to deal with!
