    Central Air Conditioning

    Convertible Heating & AC did a great job installing my central air conditioner. Their price was unbeatable and even when the installers ran into a complication with the HRV that builder installed, they were patient and took their time to make sure the job was done right before leaving.

    Air conditioning unit

    I am really pleased with the service from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. I had an air conditioning unit installed and we love it for its high efficiency. The installation was quick, neat and their customer service is quite responsive and informative. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

    New Air Conditioner and Furnace

    We recently purchased a new air conditioner and furnace from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Sean Kesavan made the purchasing experience simple to understand and a very pleasant experience. Sean was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't try to oversell and didn't pressure. Timing for the installation was important to me and Convertible was able to accommodate our timing restrictions. The two installers were on time, pleasant to deal with and their cleanup was immaculate. It was such a pleasure to deal with all three representatives from Convertible. I'm sure our future relationship with Convertible through their warranty program will continue to be a good experience. I would highly recommend Convertible and plan to use their services in the future. I would also like to thank Sean and the installers (I apologize, I don't recall their names) for being so professional and for making the experience a pleasure. Thank you.

    Furnace and AC

    The AC unit in our triplex stopped working during the hottest week of the summer. we already had a furnace and AC quote from a competitor because the system was 20 yrs old and we didn't want to be left stranded. We called Convertible for a second quote and they came in thousands below the original for the same type of system. We quickly agreed and they installed on the day of my choice. Two technicians were here yesterday for less then 6 hours and had the new furnace, AC and new SENSI (best purchase ever) thermostat installed. When they left, it was like they were never here. The place (inside and outside) was spotless - they remove ALL garbage, cardboard and old parts. I would recommend Convertible Heating and Air-conditioning every time!

    A/C unit

    Great service, from owner I spoken to on the phone to salesman and technicians who came and installed it. They have the best prices and they are very professional. The house was very clean once they left.

    heating, air conditioning, duct work

    Our experience, from beginning to end was great. Marnie is informed and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. The installers (Kemar & Eric) were outstanding ... made good recommendations on air flow, and accommodated all of our requests. Some minor, post-installation, service was required, and it was done quickly and without hesitation. We considered other competitors, and are pleased we chose Convertible. We would recommend them without hesitation.

    Furnace Replacement

    I had three companies quote on this job and Convertible was by far the most professional and reasonable. I was referred to them by my contractor and I was not disappointed. I dealt with Marnie who answered my multitude of questions and even came to my house to walk me through the whole process. The job they did (Tom and his team) removing the old furnace and installing the new combination furnace/water heater went off without a hitch. Their work was clean, meticulous and very logically done. I can't believe how excited I am for a new furnace but I am (and can't wait for it to get cold.) I could not more strongly recommend their services. At least have them quote and you will see why. They really are that good.

    Furnace & AC replacement

    Just our luck, AC dies during the hottest week of the year. Christopher made it here quickly to give us an estimate and promise to get us a quick installation. Quote on Tuesday, Installed Thursday morning. Fantastic! The installers were very polite, professional and took the time to discuss all aspects of our desired installation - from where we wanted venting to how we wanted the humidifier installed. HIGHLY recommend this company. Without Homestars, I never would have found them....

    Air conditioner

    Excellent service and installation. The sale person was very professional. Would recommend convertible heating and air conditioning Inc. to anybody that is looking for a new air conditioner or heater.

    Air Conditioning Problem

    It's hard to believe of a 34 degree Celsius day that I am reminded of the Arctic chill of January 2014 well my furnace went down. Within hours of the call Convertible was there to have our furnace replaced, up and running. Exceptional crew that were courteous, professional and answered all my questions and even made some ducting alterations to improve overall air flow. Today, as I was getting ready to head out with the family for a trip to the Bahamas I noticed water running out of the furnace. I called Convertible and they relayed to me that it actually was the air conditioner's coil was probably called. Though saying they could be out within a few hours to blow the line the gentleman on the phone asked if I was handy and quickly guided me through the process of locating the drain out and removing the discharge line and clearing it. Sure enough the elbow fitting was clogged. The advice saved me time, money and anxiety with having to leave shortly on vacation.
