    Furnace/AC/Water heater

    The installers came exactly on time. They were very polite, kind and respectful.. They did their job very well and even cleaned our floor after they walking inside the house with their work boots on! Very good service and we very much appreciated it.

    A/C installation

    Sales rep was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process to me. They were able to install in a timely session and same week of my request. There were no surprises or hidden fees and I knew exactly what I was getting at a fair price.

    central air conditioner

    I had a very pleasant experience with the company. The sales person was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. He arranged installation which was done in good time. I highly recommend convertible.

    AC system replacement

    When our 17+-year-old AC unit died for the last time, and with warm weather on the way, I needed to find a reliable company to quote on installing a new system. Sean from Convertible was the first of 5 representatives I met with, and from the start, he proved to be reliable and very knowledgeable about HVAC. He called himself 'an educator,' and this showed in his manner, as he was able to answer my many questions and offer up multiple solutions for our needs, including varying price levels to choose from. And once we agreed to move forward, they were able to schedule our installation within days. Based on their level of knowledge, competitive pricing, and the brands they work with, I would recommend Convertible for anyone looking for HVAC repair and replacement.

    A/C and Furnace

    We were very pleased with the services provided. Chris, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Adam and Andrew, the installers, arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. We particularly appreciated what Adam had done for us. Our house was very hot on the installation day as our old A/C had been broken for 2 weeks before we had the new one installed. Adam told us that he would come back in a few days to do the furnace testing because it would be extremely hot for us if he did the testing on that day. Adam did come back 3 days later and completed the furnace testing. Now we can enjoy a cool summer and a warm winter.

    AC/ Furnace replacement

    We were very pleased with the service we received. The installers arrived on time. The service and the clean up was done in a professional manner by Toby and his co-worker.

    Furnace and AC installation

    Fast, professional and friendly. Did their work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when they were done. Explained the equipment and reviewed the results when they were done. Great from beginning to end.

    New Furnace and A/C

    Salesperson Chris was very knowledgeable and to the point. No pressure tactics. Brandon and Josh arrived as scheduled and did an excellent install. Would highly recommend Convertible Air to neighbours, friends and family.

    Tankless Waterheater

    Punctual, clean and high knowledgeable and professional Company in the GTA. Excellent service from first meeting with Sean until installation. Even if it looked impossible to install a Tankless Waterheater in our house, Sean (our Sales representative) and Kemar (Technician) made it possible and found a solution to install the Waterheater. Although it has become more work in the end, we were still within the budget.Thank you very much for all the effort!!!!
