If there was a 6+ out of 5 rating, these guys would deserve it. Not only did they give me a good price, but they took the time to explain everything they were quoting. They also talked to me about government grants being offered for high efficiency systems and how they will fill out the paperwork for me, but the rebate cheque would come to me. They walked me through the workings of my old unit and what was necessary to replace and what was perfectly fine as is, even though something might have looked like it needed replacing. When they came to do the install, they were prompt, they worked efficiently. They were very tidy and put down drop cloths from the front door all the way through to the furnace room. They had to take two doors off and move a pantry to get the new units in and the old out. When they were done, they replaced everything as it was without a mark or problem. They even repaired one of the doors so that it now closes properly. And, when the dead bolt knob on my front door fell off, they came back with an Allen key small enough to tighten it back on. They made sure to test everything thoroughly once the unit was installed to make sure both the furnace and AC were working and that both units were communicating with my thermostat system. They didn't expect payment until the work was done. These guys were recommended to me by a friend who has used them for installations in her own home as well as her parents' home. I understand now why she recommended them to me, and I would also highly recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase and/or install a furnace/AC system.
