we have had 3 furnace's done within our family, and one a/c unit all done by convertible heating and air , the price was great and such a pleasure to work with marnie, who advised us what to get , the installation crew was very professional and courteous, did a very clean job, and was on time and explained what was going on , very helpful , highly recommended,

Had a few quotes from other reputable companies then I had Marnie from Convertible H & AC come to my house to give me a quote for a new furnace. She gave me a quote based on my necessity and affordability without any hint of up selling or additional costs, everything was included even the duct cleaning! She gave me a final price, wrote everything in print (no small prints!) and told me to take my time to think about it. Less than a minute I asked for an installation date, I was satisfied with the price. The duct cleaning and furnace installation was perfect with 100% professionalism and punctuality. Their cleanup was excellent after they were done to ensure no debris or junk was left for us to clean. All questions were answered and the installers even provided me tips on how to make my house more energy efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for guaranteed professional work and customer satisfaction. I will definitely be staying with them for all my heating, AC and duct cleaning needs.

This is a great, honest company to work with. After buying our first home, my boyfriend and I were referred to Convertible Air to have our electric heating and cooling converted to forced air gas. Marnie was super helpful from the get-go, not to mention patient and informative with my millions of questions. She told us exactly what we needed, and quoted us out a fair price for the job. The technicians were also very friendly and went over all of the details with about everything from the layout of the ductwork to how to use the thermostat. I would definitely recommend Convertible Air. We really appreciate all that they did to make us happy customers. We LOVE our new heating/cooling system, FYI! Best choice we could've made as new home owners.

Great customer service and fully knowledgable regarding products and installation. They did not try to upsell like other companies tried to do to us. The cost was also reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We returned from vacation 3 days ago to a very warm house. We found out that our 22 year old air conditioner had stopped working and after calling our Insurance company and having them check out the unit, we found that it could not be fixed. We called 3 different companies including CONVERTIBLE Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. We received a quote right over the phone and the gentleman we spoke with was VERY helpful, honest re: what we really required and indicated that he could have it installed within the next few days. We had it installed this morning and their installers we extremely friendly, professional and ensured our house remained clean - they were truly amazing. We ended up getting the same brand name 3 ton unit that the other 2 companies had provided a quote on at a MUCH lower price. We will definitely use CONVERTIBLE Heating and Air Conditioning again and will refer to our friends. Thanks so much for your amazing service!!!

Got a quote over the phone. When they came in to check out the situation they were on par with their quote. Came in and got the job done in under 3 hours. Great work.

Sam from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning was very knowledgeable and polite and provided top notch customer service. He answered all of my questions and gave me unbiased answers in regards to which equipment would work best for my home. His service technicians were very polite and great workers. They came and did an excellent job and provided me with organized and proper paper work. I would recommend this company as they are family owned and truly live up to their 45 years of experience.

When we first turned on our A.C. in a house we'd just bought, it didn't work. With a 3 year old and a new baby and heading into a week of temperatures over 35 degrees, this was not a good situation. I spoke with Sam from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and he was great. We had a new air conditioner in the next day and were cooled off by the hottest part of the afternoon. The technicians were friendly and professional.

100% amazing from start to end! Our A/C unit was not functioning during a very hot week. When we contacted Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning in the afternoon I was originally told someone would come out first thing the next morning (which I was happy to accept) but once the gentleman on the phone heard my baby in the background he immediately took it upon himself to prioritize my call and someone was at our place within hours. The technician who arrived was absolutely wonderful. He not only got right to work but explained what had happened and also extended advice on our aging furnace which we have been worried about. A company who demonstrates empathy with its customers is hard to come by these days and that is exactly what we received from Convertible. From the courtesy we received over the phone to the great service we received in house, we will only be using Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning going forward for all our heating and a/c needs!!

I am extremely impressed with the personalized level of service that Convertible Heating and Air offers. I feel like I now have a friend in the business that will be there for me WHENEVER I need them. We moved into a 98-year old house in the city last fall, that came with a 26 year-old clunker of a furnace and a window A/C unit. Coming from a condo, I never needed to know much about HVAC. A good friend of mine who recently used Convertible Air highly recommended Marnie and her team, so I was sold (although I got a couple other quotes first, and Marine’s prices were the best….then I was sold). Marnie came over and was extremely patient explaining everything to my wife and I. In addition to the new high-efficiency furnace and A/C unit, we got an updated water heater from her as well. They were installed by a couple of Convertible’s technicians who were very nice guys. They did mention that because the A/C unit was installed in the fall there may be issues come summer time, and that they would come back to fix it. Once spring hit, the A/C unit seemed to be working okay, until a really hot day in May, it stopped working. My wife was days away from delivering our second baby, and was uncomfortable even before we lost our A/C and it became 90 degrees in our house. We also had our toddler sleeping upstairs, where it was easily 10 degrees hotter. I called Marnie on her cell phone at 10pm on a Friday night, and being empathetic to our situation had two of her technicians out to our house within an hour. Hey worked on the problem until 1:30am and came back again after the baby came, just to make sure that the problem wouldn’t happen again. What more could you want from your local heating and air company?
