My new home in Scarborough closed during a heat wave and getting air conditioning was a must. Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning was there early the day after closing and installed a new furnace & air conditioner. The job was very tidy, and fairly priced. Adam & his installation crew took their time to ensure the job was done thoroughly. I am very impressed with the workmanship and product. The Direct Air side discharge air conditioner was as quiet as promised. Thanks for the good job...

We just gutted a home we bought and everything is new. The furnace and air had to go. I called a few companies before I felt comfortable with the info I received to questions I was asking. I first spoke with Grant and he was so helpful and anything he couldn't answer he checked with Marnie, the owner of this long-time family run company. I live in Aurora and Marnie came all the way out to look at the job, she was awesome! I was amazed at how much a woman knows about heating and air. She assessed the situation and got back to me promptly with a price. I felt the price was very fair, knowing how much work was involved. I also had them convert a wood burning fireplace to gas. I had priced that with 3 previous companies and Marnie had that beat by several hundreds, not an easy or cheap job I may add, lots involved with converting the chimney and so on. She gave me an installation date and the furnace crew who came were there like clockwork. Those guys Dave, Roy and Mike were also awesome, smart, friendly guys. I have only great things to say about this company and I am so happy I lucked into finding them. I highly recommend to everyone, especially those of you who are renovating and really need to deal with a company who knows what they are talking about and who DELIVERS!!!!!

I had some gas lines installed and a wall-mounted AC unit installed by Convertible. They were quick, efficient and left the place spotless. Very satisfied. I would recommend the to others in the future.

We had a furnace guy all set to come in and install "everything" for us and we thought we had a decent price. A friend gave me Marnie's number and we are so glad she did. Convertible was fast, reliable and very cost efficient! We were so pleased with the service we received and the price we paid. I would highly recommend Convertible to anyone!! Marnie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The guys that came to install were polite, courteous and quick. I cannot say enough good things about them. You won't be disappointed if you call.

We were doing a complete renovation of our home, replacing all HVAC and water heater. From the initial contact to the office through to the end of the project, service and work was stellar. If we could rate more than 10 we would. The gentleman at the end of the phone was friendly, polite and helped get Marnie in quickly for a quote. We reviewed 3 quotes and Marnie's was reasonable, but bigger than the price we were confident in Marnie and her advice; she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and install. Marnie helped us determine the best equipment for our needs; when we were hesitant about the tankless water heater she encouraged us and told us we'd not regret it, she's absolutely right! When time came for the install her team was awesome. During the reno we had several delays which affected Marnie's team but they acted professional and with understanding and worked with us at no extra cost. We've been in contact with Marnie for items outside of our project for referrals and such and she has always been accessible by phone and quick to return our calls. We do not hesitate promoting Convertible Heating. We can't give enough praise, and we're not the easiest to impress.

I recommend this company to everyone they are fast and on time to install everything less then 2 hours they where done installing my furnace and water tank . Awesome company give them a call you wont regret it!

We called Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning on the advice of a friend who had used their services and was very happy. We found the initial meeting to be very informative. Marnie Amadeo really knew her stuff, was extremely knowledgeable and was efficient in taking her measurements. Plus the price was right for us. She took time to answer our questions. Installation day went smoothly. The two gentlemen who did the work were there exactly when they said they would be which made me very happy. And they were finished when they expected to be. They answered questions and left the work area tidy. I was amazed at how neatly the A/C was hooked up, as we had about 30' to travel through to outside. Both my husband and I were very very happy with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them at all. What a pleasant surprise to find a company that takes pride in its work, and lives up to its promises.

Christopher, the sales representative was great, knowledgable and professional. The guys were on time, installed the air conditioner on schedule and the workmen ship was very good. Honestly the most hassle free home renovation to date.

Price was good. Installation was also good and no Problems with product so far. I hope there isn't any because I don't feel like they would back up their product if there was. The sales representative i dealt with was rude To a couple concerns/questions I had which weren't Anything out of the ordinary. Probably should Have cancelled Them but I already signed the contract. They are nice, sign the contract And try to ask a question after, Good luck. Would I recommend them? Probably not. would I use them again? No

Had a few different companies come in and quote and their pitch and price was the best put together. Their work was A-1 ..Clean and Neat. Workmanship was excellent.. Schedule was right on the day promised. A/C cover was not in stock at time of delivery but was later UPS'ed to me as promised. Safe bet to go with them. Treat them right and they come back 10 fold.
