I cannot say ENOUGH amazing things about this company and their service! In this day and age, it is very hard to find people you trust when doing big jobs such as replacing a furnace and A/C. They were incredible from start to finish. This is the 3rd house that we have used them in, and they were outstanding each and every time. I would use them again and again. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we were looked after. Their pricing was great, their service was great....and their installers are real pros. They make you feel like you are the most important customer they have...each and every time. Save yourself some research (because all I did was research)...trust me...and use them...you will be more than happy you did.

Amazing Service at a great Price. Chris sold me the unit I needed at a reasonable price. The installation was quick and they were very professional. I heard of the company through a neighbour who very satisfied with Convertible Heating and Air.

I had a very positive experience with The Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning team. Chris Amodeo was extremely thorough in answering my questions and helped create an arrangement that was ideal for my living situation. I had a variety of HVac companies approach me but only Convertible made me feel like I was important and that I was getting the best deal. I strongly recommend them for your next Furnace and Air Conditioning purchase / service.

They did an outstanding job in the timeframe allotted and with no interference from any of the other trades. Rupp the technician was friendly and accommodating during the complete installation process. if you need any type of HVAC work, convertible is the company to highly consider.

The sales pitch was very comfortable and the salesman very knowledgeable - this is his family's business after all. The price was more than reasonable - about $1000 less than competitors, in fact. But once they got to the house it was quickly apparent where this company was recovering costs - the installers. A tall man looking to be in his late 70s showed up at my door. He walked slowly and almost fell down my stairs. He was the licensed technician, but luckily he had some help. Two young men looking no older than 19 who appeared to be apprenticing under him came to help. While the one young man was very quiet and obediently fetched tools from the truck the more experienced 19 year old argued constantly with the older man as they installed my furnace. Argued and swore the entire time - the whole job took over 6 hours. I was quite nervous. So why am I giving them 4 instead of a 0. Well, the furnace works so far and it was much cheaper than someone else. If anything does go wrong I'll be happy to downgrade them to a 0.

We can't say enough about Convertible Air, and particularly about Marnie, our contact, and it would seem, personal home heating specialilst! We found Convertible, oddly, at the CNE where they had a booth set up one year, and the gentleman who ran the booth was just wonderful, and convinced us to have hi s company come in and take a look at the system we were replaceing (renovating an old house, and inproving the entire heating/cooling system). Marnie showed up and took us through what was needed and perhaps more importantly, what wasn't. She was very knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant. We hired them and were not disappointed. Their price was great, and their installation and followup service was excellent. More than once we called them to get other work done, and they never tried to upsell us - in fact, sometimes even after coming over to our house, and inspecting the job, they would tell us it wasn't necessary and cheerfully go on their way. When we bought our next house, we thought we had a serious problem with the existing furnace - Marnie came right over, new baby in her arms and helped us out. We have recommended Convertible several times with great success - the only problem we have even been told of is that since they are a smaller, family owned company, it can take a while to get your initial call returned. But please don't get discouraged, they're great.

Ordered Goodman .2.5 ton high effiecy unit back in 2009, after two season of summer weather, so far so good. Convertible has some friendly sales guys there, will do business with them again. Btw te installers were good too.

Honest, knowledgeable and professional from the first call through the installation. From start to finish everyone at Convertible was pleasant. The installers, James and Kamil, were neat, respectful and clearly knew what they were doing.

We had a horrible experience with this company. I am hopign this review will save other people the same problems. We had a brand new furnace instaled. The first time we used it it leaked our entire basement because the instalers did not change a tube that directed the water. The company than wanted to charge us to fix there mistake and we had to deal with the mess. Whatever you do don't end up in the situtation. Find a good company with great workers.

We are repeat customers with Convertible Air (see our other review on Homestars in June/July 2010) —we just had our second home furnished with a new furnace and air conditioning through this excellent company. Once again, we are thrilled with the product and deeply satisfied with the service, from Marnie’s efficient, cheerful and wise quoting process to Kamil and James’s brilliant installation. This team is smart, easy to work with, and has their clients’ best interests at heart. It was a great experience and we will continue to recommend them to our family and friends.
