We had a great experience with Convertible Heating and A/C. We replaced a 75-year- old boiler and an 18-year-old hot water tank with a combi boiler. We also installed a heat pump to replace a window unit. When we placed the call to get a quote with Convertible, we first talked to the owner, who answered all our high-level questions. His son, Chris, then called us the same day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly responded to all of our questionseven while on vacation! After confirming that wed move forward, the next day Chris arranged our Home Energy Audit, which enabled us to receive a government credit to put towards the replacement cost of the heat pump. Everything was so prompt. We were never left wondering about the next step in the process. Chris also arranged to have our old boiler removed by Marco and his team. My wife has allergies and was concerned about the boiler removal process, but Marco was very accommodating and did everything in his power to minimize the dust/debris. We were very happy with the results. This was followed up by Roop and Tom who installed our heat pump and boiler. Again, friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with. We had some last-minute changes related to the location of the Heat Pump and Roop was more than willing to oblige. His main concern was that we were happy with his install (and we were!). In addition to all of the above, the price was reasonable. No down payment was required. I only had to pay in full on the day of completion.
