    Hot Water Tank

    All representatives were very good - genuine ,caring individuals. The Installer demonstrated expertise and patience when my 20 year old ,60 gallon tank refused to drain out. He diligently persevered - and now I have a new tank installed. I highly recommend this company ! Irene

    Replacing an old A/C unit

    I saw a flyer and contacted Convertible about their a/c unit sale. Chris was friendly, answered all my questions, and explained the options they offered. After calling a few other companies, we ended up hiring Convertible because of their reasonable pricing and positive reviews. Chris got the technicians to come by two days after my call, just before the hottest day of the month arrived. As for the installation itself, the workers were personable, professional and efficient. Roop explained to my husband where the leak was on the old unit and also replaced a pipe that was improperly bent by the previous company. We were also happy that they took away the old unit so we didn't have to deal with it. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience/work and would definitely recommend Convertible to family and friends.

    AC Replacement

    Super easy from initial call to installation. Very knowledgable and no pressure sales team. Installation team was very fast and professional. 100% would recommend to others.

    New Air Conditioner and installation

    Installers came on time, removed the old and installed the new air conditioner .Very knowledgeable and professional people.

    Replacement Air Conditioner & Hot Water Heater

    Marnie did a thorough inspection of the site before sending me a proposal. Craig and Chad, the technicians, arrived on time, were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, tidy, and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, a job well done!

    Furnace and Heat Pump Install

    Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the technology, how to size a unit for my house and the competition. He sent brochures on the various makes and models so I could read about them and do research. I got several quotes and found he was the most knowledgeable and professional. After I checked around and I decided to go with Convertible, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. This was key as our AC had died. The installers were also great. They got the job done in two days, left the place clean, worked in very tight quarters. They helped me move out a few things that were in the way. There was some confusion about leaving room for the lawnmower to pass between the fence at the side of the house and the new unit. The installers offered to move the external unit to the back yard the next day. In the meantime, my neighour came by and said I could just remove the fence, so problem solved. I would definitely recommend this team.

    Air conditioner replacement

    I had this company replace my furnace and air conditioner in the past. I called them again to replace my air conditioner. Again, their service is excellent and I am very satisfied. They also still offer the best price for the service and equipment. I had obtained quotes from other local companies both times. They provide quality equipment with quality service.
