    Furnace/AC

    Sales rep had excellent technical knowledge and ready explanations. Quick turnaround for install date. Excellent installation team: friendly, professional, complete clean up after installation. Office staff was efficient and friendly with flexible payment terms and options.

    Great service from Chris and his team. I have worked with Chris for over 5 years and he has always made provision for me always.

    AC Installation

    I called Convertible after having quotes from two bigger name companies in the area. Convertible were much more within my budget! They turned up exactly when they said, I paid exactly what they quoted and they did a tidy job. They even tolerated constant supervision from my 4 year old daughter so you can throw babysitting in with their services! Thanks!

    Hybrid heat pump installation

    We cannot say enough about the folks at Convertible H&A, they are truly honest and they do great work at very competitive prices . They installed the furnace & AC in our house almost 20 years ago and have maintained it from day one. So when we heard about the attractive Gov't rebates on the new cold weather hybrid heat pump we again chose Convertible to replace our aging equipment. Chad and Brian did a very professional / clean installation and they were in & out the same day. We highly recommend Chris and his team... Pedro & Krystyna.

    New AC Unit

    Our AC unit died during one of the hottest weeks so far this summer. We were referred to Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and could not have been happier with our experience. Pete is extremely knowledgeable and has decades of experience. He was thorough in explaining the various options at our disposal for us to make the most cost effective decision for the short and longer term. Also, great stories! The installation team was friendly, professional, prompt and efficient. What we thought was a 3-4 installation ended up taking half that time. Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning is definitely our "go to" for any needs we may have in the future. Thank you!

    Convertible is a family business and makes a point to connect with their customers. The service men are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They are also very considerate of owners' homes.     Furnace & Air Conditioner Installation

    This is a second time I use this company's services to install new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater. All three were installed and worked perfectly for 6 years until I moved out to another house. Now, in the new house, - worked with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning to change my 10 y.o. furnace and air conditioner to new ones. Excellent service, guys. Great sales rep. - very knowledgeable and friendly. Very responsive over email and phone. Provided a very good deal. The installation team arrived on time and completed the job perfectly. Answered all my deep technical questions. :) Will definitely deal with them again. Highly recommended company to deal with.

    Air Condition replacement

    I came to know about Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning through a brochure. Spoke to them a few times and checked their prices. Prices were competitive and I accepted their offer to replace my old AC. Once I placed my order over the phone the next day Pete visited the site and arranged installation after a couple of days.
