    Air Conditioning Installation

    Over and above their duties they installed a new thermostat for us. We have used their services before and will continue to do so. Would have no problem recommending this company.Great professional and knowledgable service. Good cleanup.

    New Goodman Air Conditioner

    My apologies for the delay in writing this review. My daughter who lives nearby, urgently required a new A/C and I was charged with the task of finding a suitable replacement at the best price possible. Convertible was first on my list of companies to call as I believe the company installed my A/C 22 years ago when our home was originally constructed. I have seen Convertible's many ads and was impressed that this was a family owned and operated business for over 50 years! The phone was answered on the first ring by "Sam" who told me a bit about himself (semi-retired, engineer, etc.) and then proceeded to discuss the various makes and models of A/C's, the pro and cons of each and their respective prices. It was obvious Sam knew what he was talking about! We quickly decided on the most suitable option and Sam promised installation within 3 or 4 days. The installation guys couldn't have been more friendly and professional and the job was completed in less than three hours with everything cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job. Would you believe that "Sam" was Sandy Amodeo, the founder and President of the company. Thanks Sam for all your help and for a job well done as promised it would be! Barry Meredith

    Furnace/AC Replacement

    It was time to replace a 30+year old furnace & a/c. Phoned Convertible for estimate. Chris was the representative for the company. Dropped by our house and looked at our senior HVAC system we inherited from the former owner. Chris gave us a written quote within minutes. We decided to upgrade the quoted furnace/ac to higher efficiency unit. Plus we needed a new chimney liner. Chris sent us a revised quote very quickly. Set up installation date for within 5 days. Adam and Jeremy showed up on time and both were very professional and helpful and willing to answer all our questions. Installation of both units was completed within 6 hours. Old units removed, new units installed and tested, all garbage taken away. Very professional on product and service. We will be recommending them from now on.

    Great Fast & Reliable Service

    Convertible heating and air was quickly able to diagnose our problem and recommend a unit that was appropriate for our home. They provided helpful information to guide our decision and when we had informed them of the route we wanted to go, they were quickly able to schedule us in for a next day install. Highly recommend!

    Fantaastic Repeat Customer

    Written on behalf of my in-laws. We referred them to Convertible Air based on our own experience last year for replacing their AC. Mike is an awesome sales guy who answered all their questions and concerns and recommended what was needed and only what was needed. The installers showed up promptly on their scheduled day and were in and out in a few hours. A very clean install and all the areas they were working in were cleaned up and now my in-laws have a higher efficiency AC that actually works! Thank you Convertible Air!

    Air conditioning installation

    The 2 guys that installed my new air conditioner were professional and did a great job. Convertibles quote was well below other companies. I would recommend Convertible

    New Furnace and Central Air Conditioner

    Pete came out and gave me two estimates. Pete was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He recommended the best options for my townhome. The 3 installers arrived on time and everything was completed in a day. Installers were very professional and courteous and cleaned up afterwards.
