    Air conditioner purchase and installation

    I called for service on an old unit but after everything was explained regarding the cost I decided to purchase a new unit. The sales person was excellent, forth coming, provided three options regarding purchasing a unit. Unit was installed three days later. The installers were polite, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards.

    Professional, knowledgeable and courteous

    The warranty on our AC unit and furnace expired. AC had been given us some problems. We had few other companies coming in and recommending us replacing both units. Although prices were reasonable but they were always ready to make a deal with taxes and all that. That is kind of a red flag for me. Chris from Convertible Air was honest from the get go. He did not recommend replacing furnace and and did not want to cut any deal on taxes. However, he did provide an additional year of labor warranty. Installation happened exactly how he said he would and on the day he promised. No hassle. I am a happy customer.

    Central Air Condition Installation

    We canvassed from various sources. Convertible was the best so far. Truly, they are. They installed professionally. Way better than what we had before. The unit is bigger and they even put a base, so it was not sitting of the ground. The technicians were somebody you can trust. As a senior, it would be difficult to trust strangers. But they were very good.

    Thorough, Professional, Satisfied!

    Our whole experience working with Convertible was amazing! Chris responded very quickly to our inquiry online, and made time to have multiple calls with us to help us understand what was the best heating/cooling and water heating options were for our home. We were really impressed with how much knowledge he had, and how honestly he spoke with us. Our installation took 2 days. Kamil and Steve came by and were really professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way. They finished our heat pump and tankless water heater install in 2 days! I can see that they took their time in planning out where the pipes would go to make the furnace room as nice to look at as it could be. Our house posed a couple of minor setbacks which Kamil identified, communicated to us and addressed quickly and without any problems on his part. We were really impressed with their work. Thanks Convertible for a really great experience!

    Furnace and AC Replaced

    My family recently got a new furnace and AC unit installed by Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Their employees are very professional, kind, and helpful. They recommended us the best options for our home and helped us understand everything during the process. Their team is very efficient as well! They got the job done in one day and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get heating and/or AC work done in their homes.

    New AC install

    Wonderful interaction with Marnie and Sam. Was able to set up install within two days - just in time for the heatwave next day :) The guys arrived on time and got to working right away.

    Excellent Service and best price out of 4

    Luckily a friend referred Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning to me to replace my furnace in Oakville. Chris provided a detailed estimate with quicker service and a better price than his competitors. He was thorough and patient. Date was booked efficiently and easily for both my neighbour and myself, Kamil showed up right on time was skilled, pleasant and helpful suggesting a better solution for water heater placement. They protected and cleaned everything on completion.

    Great service and unbeatable pricing

    I needed to replace my loud Luxaire AC. Spoke to Sam on Thursday, 2 technicians came on Saturday and I have a great working AC! Great service at the right price and they did not try to upsell me.

    Air Conditioner

    We needed an old A/C replaced. Some companies wanted to deliver a sales pitch before giving a price. Pete from Convertible was straight forward with the prices of the A/C's and giving advice. When installed it was done professionally and no mess left. Recommended.
