    AC INSTALLATION

    Air conditioning installation

    I recently had a new air conditioning system installed in my home by Convertible Heating and Air. My initial meeting with Chris was very professional and informative. His pricing was very precise and competitive. The installers Camille and Steven showed up on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the work very neatly in the estimated time they said. It was obvious they take pride in the work they do. I look forward to dealing with this company in the future and would recommend them to others.

    Air conditioner

    We originally purchased an air conditioner at our previous home through Convertible Heating & Air. We were so very pleased with the service that when we realized our ac unit was no longer working at our new home, our first place to call was Convertible Heating & Air. Again, we were happy with the entire process. From calling to book an appointment, the sales associate Pete promptly calling to book an home appointment, to the installation date were all done in a very timely manner. Everyone was so very kind, understanding of our kids nap schedules and thorough. We know our furnace will have to be replaced in the fall and we no doubt will be purchasing one through Convertible Heating & Air.

    New air conditioner install

    We needed a new air conditioner as ours was old and tired and not functioning properly. Called a few different contractors for estimates. A few never got back to us. Chris came over and left us with a few different choices. He was not pushy and helped us make an informed decision. Less than a week later our new system was installed by Adam and his work partner. They arrived on time and did a great job with the install. They also made sure our new a/c was up to current safety standards and left the job neat and tidy. Thanks Convertible.

    Amana by Goodman AC unit installed

    I needed to replace my very old air conditioner in Niagara on the Lake. I tried to get 5 quotes. Some companies simply did not call me back when I left a message... Marnie Amodeo did. She is a General Manager of Convertible. Being a business woman myself I always appreciate dealing with other females (especially in this man dominated profession). Marnie made my choice easy, as she was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me the best price by far. I just felt safe with her. She cared about the job being done well. She asked me many questions and helped me determine the best product for me. She promised reliable service on and after the installation. So far I have been very pleased with the process. The unit has been installed 2 days ago and everything went very well. Contractor Adam (and his assistant) from St.Catharines came on time and was very personable and professional. All the parts were new in original packaging. Installation involved some levelling of the base for the unit outside and the installers did some extra "landscaping work" to secure the unit properly. They did not complain. I was given printed detailed instructions of how to register my warranty on the unit on line. I am very pleased with the service.

    Furnace, AC, Water Heater, Humidifier & Media Filter

    Marnie from Convertible was very helpful to me in making the right choice with respect to the above equipment for my house. The total cost was reasonable and in comparison to other suppliers, Convertible's quote was very competitive. The installers, brothers Ali and Mo, did a good job with very little interruption and on schedule, as originally promised. Matthew

    Air Conditioner

    We had a couple of quotes for installing a central air conditioner. Chris came and looked over the job, he answered our questions, he was knowledgeable, relaxed and gave us a fair quote . He said our furnace was fine and strong enough for the air conditioner we needed. Not like the other companies who said we needed everything to be replaced within minutes of looking, ignored our questions and tried to push us to buy that moment. Roop and Josh came to install the AC and had the job done in 4 hours as promised. They were friendly and helpful. Haven't tried the AC yet as it's been cold and raining but hot weather is expected soon.
