    Air Conditioner replacement

    Convertible (Sam) was very helpful with information regarding purchasing the correct AC unit for my house. The price was good and I was not upsold on anything I didn't need right now. I can replace the furnace later when it becomes necessary, for the same price as if it was done at the same time. The installers did a good job, took away the old unit and replaced the cooling coil as well. Randy

    furnace

    had a new furnace installed today.the installers did a great job and at the same time explained everything to me that i wanted to know.i would recommend these guys whenever you need heating or air installed or repaired.

    Central A/C

    Our A/C was 11 yrs old and failed in the early spring when we tested it. Chris at Convertible provided a quick quote for a 2.5 ton unit and was very professional to deal with. Their quote and product was the best one out of three we obtained. Within a week it was professionally installed and humming along. Both installers were professional and great to deal with. The installation went smoothly with no mess left behind. Great work Convertible!

    Fully satisfied

    Our furnace broke down and needed a new one. Marnie was very informative and helped us decide the best option for us based on our situation. Installation was pretty smooth and the team is quite professional. Highly recommend their services

    WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

    From start to finish, smooth process and great experience! Things like this can be stressful but the Salesperson and the Crew were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The process was well organized and done in a timely manner. Great value as well and I'm very happy with the service, product and company overall. I would definitely recommend them.

    New furnace

    I was having issues with my furnace and called convertible air. They showed up within 2 hours and recommended I get a new furnace as one part was broken and one was on the way out. They did a basic repair for a reasonable price. About half what others were asking for repair. I decided I would get a new furnace as I didnt want to worry over it breaking down again. I spoke with Chris and we went over the pricing. He was easy to reach and explained everything well. He was able to set up the install and replace my furnace within 3 days. The installers showed up on time and worked for 4 hours without stopping. They answered and questions I had. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. The furnace is so quiet I can barely hear it but heats amazing. I would recommend this company to furnace installation.

    AC Replacement / Install

    A great job done by Convertible Heating & Air. They were pleasant to speak to over the phone, easy to arrange a time to come and replace my old AC unit to then install a new one. It was quick, no mess and easy to communicate. Marnie was a great point of reference, gave all the information directly without any hidden fees or surprises along the way. I'm very happy with the turn around and install, all ready to use within a week since calling them!

    Nailed it for a fourth time

    Once again Marnie and her crew at Convertible Air have done an amazing job, the two young technicians that came today to put in my tankless water heater, were professional and amazing, cleaned up after themselves ( that is a big pet peeve of mine). Will definitely be using convertible again if need be. Thank you again.

    HVAC System

    The consultant Michael came to the house checked our furnace and AC told us the necessary intake and exhaust requirements of the furnace, the AC system installed on same location with its existing brackets. He wrapped up by saying I'll send the quote through my email. He did all this in about 20 mins. and that was fine with me. He was friendly and professional. Other people came before him so I have other quotes to compare. The installers are good people also in tuned to their craft. Thank you Convertible team.

    Furnace Replacement

    Furnace died late Friday. Technician came on Saturday, which was not a problem, as the house temperature only dropped 2 degrees overnight. He determined that the furnace fan had seized, and he left a pair of fan heaters to keep house warm. Weather was mild, so this was OK for the weekend. Got quote for fan repair on Monday - almost 25% of cost of new furnace. No surprise there. The markup on spare parts for any appliance is always astronomical. Since the furnace was 18 years old, we opted to replace the furnace. Sales rep came Tuesday, furnace replaced on Wednesday morning. House never dropped below 19 degrees, so the delays were not a problem.
