    Got our tankless water heater installed; quick & neat

    We are very satisfied with the services. Right from the sales to installation and cleanup. Chris was our sales guy and he didn't provided any inflated cost; he was reasonable from the very beginning. We saved so much time by avoiding any unnecessary back and forth. Installation team did a great job as well. Very professional, quick and left our house clean. Highly recommend the crew

    A definite no-brainer

    After calling a few companies about quoting a tankless system to replace our hot water tank, I was glad to have called Convertible as well. Other companies were pushing rentals and had inflated purchase prices. After speaking with Chris for 5 minutes, I knew he gave the best recommendation for our needs, was very knowledgable about the product, and gave the best price. He did an at home visit to firm up the quote - no surprises, no pressure. Once I confirmed, extremely flexible on the date. Installers came as expected, were friendly, and did a good job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Convertible.

    Sean and Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to the Rescue

    Our home was hit hard by Toronto's recent blizzard with power surges knocking out our electrical system, various lights, and frying our furnace. Based on our previous excellent service from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning, we contacted the company. Sean was not even on call that weekend, but because our furnace is in a crawl space and one of his colleagues has bad knees, he was "next man up." He was confronted with multiple issues over three days and late into the night because of his prior work schedule. First, he discovered that the furnace control board was rendered defective. When he tested its replacement, he found that the thermostat was also not functional. Finally, after replacing our thermostat, he found that the blower motor had burnt out. Having to go out of his way to find a new blower motor, he added it and a power choke to reach ultimate success. Perseverance and determination came through for us thanks to Sean's exceptional patience. He also did not charge for all the hours he put it. On top of that, he still takes his boots off when he's not working on the furnace. My wife and I were thrilled to have our heat back on thanks to his relentless efforts.

    Furnace

    Furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Have used Convertible before for our AC unit. The furnace was installed the next day. Two employees came and did a very professional job. They were friendly and answered all my questions. They left the place clean. Office staff was nice and respectful.Would recommend them to anyone.

    new furnace

    Bought a new furnace and a humidifier. The new furnace and the humidifier was installed the next day in the morning The technician was very friendly and answer all my technical question. I am very satisfied with the work done .I would refer the company to any one.

    Furnace and humidifier replacement

    Wow. I would recommend Convertible in a heartbeat. Amazing emergency service, followed by a comprehensive furnace replacement quote with multiple options, followed by an excellent, efficient installation. Marnie is an absolute gem - shes knowledgeable, kind and genuine. Raj was polite, helpful and explained things to me in a clear way without being condescending.     New furnace, AC and tankless water heater

    We returned from vacation to a furnace that finally ran its course after 20yrs. Was referred to Convertible by a friend. Marnie came by to assess and provide a solution which I decided to modernize. Camil & Steve did a fantastic job with installing the new furnace, tankless water heater & humidifier and answering my nosey neighbour's inquiries on the legality of the vents...smh. All this in time before the polar vortex. Thank you to the Convertible team for your services and I look forward to the AC installation in the warmer weather to come.

    New Furnace & Hot Water Heater

    Convertible was recommended to me by a friend based on their positive experience with them, and I was really happy with their service. I called to request a quote, and a sales rep came out the next day. Chris was pleasant and helpful, gave me several options to consider. I was expecting it might take a while to get an install date, but nope - the guys were available to come within a couple of days. I scheduled them for the following week, they were on time, pleasant and kept things really tidy. They finished up mid-afternoon showed me everything on the furnace and the new hot water heater, how everything worked, and swept up behind themselves on the way out. Would highly recommend them to others, great experience!
