    World Class

    I recently replaced my 20 + year old furnace. I highly recommend Convertible Heat & Air - great price, quality work, & quality product. The Technicians did a great job not only installing the furnace but cleaning up afterwards. 10/10 for me.

    Furnace Replacement

    I would not hesitate to hire Convertible again. I decided to replace my 20+ yr. old furnace after it started making disturbing grating noises. Since we still had heat, I had the luxury of researching furnaces and obtaining 5 quotes. Chris, the Convertible sales consultant, provided the only no nonsense estimate I received. He recommended the carrier furnace that I had determined for myself was the most suitable option, and he didn't try to upsell me on any extras. The price was in line with what I had determined was reasonable based on my extensive research. The furnace was installed a week later by two very pleasant and professional installers. They cleaned up so well, that if it hadn't been for the new furnace, I wouldn't have known they had been in my house at all.

    Replace furnace in Niagara Falls

    It was time to replace the furnace and I reached out to my trusted advisor Chris Amedeo. Within a short time Chris provided me two quotes and suggested a Carrier model only available in Canada that had all the high efficiency features and also matched our Central Air. As always the price was very competitive and we booked our install one week later. Adam and Jeremy had installed our central Air in May last year and we were glad to see that they were back to do the furnace as well. They completed the install within 4 hours and also took care of a few items that need updating as well. I highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. It was a pleasure doing business with Convertible again and thank you Chris, Jeremy and Adam for your outstanding customer service and doing and excellent install job.

    Furnace replacement

    I would like to acknowledge the prompt, courteous and professional service I received from Chris during the process of replacing my furnace. I had replaced my A/C last summer with Chriss guidance, and was pleased with the results, hence I did not hesitate to contact Chris again to replace my old Carrier furnace with a new Carrier Performance model Special thanks to Brandon and his team for a very smooth and efficient install!

    Our Heater Broke

    We decided to get a completely new furnace. They didnt make a mess and did an immaculate job. The new, shiny heater works like a gem. On top of that their service was so fast. They came within 24 hours and finished the job!

    5/5 would recommend!

    Local family run business, responsive, personable. Our service was booked quickly after receiving a quote. We appreciate the comprehensive service provided. Price was very competitive compared to other local furnace installation. Installation was quick, and easy. They provided a detailed tour of our new thermostat which we needed and appreciate.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Ive used Convertible for three jobs now, most recently replacing my hot water tank with a tankless model. Sharp pricing, quick to book, and the installers were on time, did a nice walk through of the job, and did clean work. New solution works well, and I would highly recommend them!

    New Furnace

    I had an excellent experience with Convertible Air. Sales stuff (Mike) was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing a few furnace options to chose from. Ultimately, I settled for the Carrier Performance furnace that came with the Carrier refund as well. The installers were prompt, punctual and professional. Overall, highly recommend!

    Carrier High Efficiency Furnace and Generale Humidifier

    We purchased our carrier high efficiency furnace + generale humidifier and installed thru Convertible. Fabulous customer experience right from initial call thru installation day. Marnie consulted me on my needs and the technicians Ali and Muhammad did a fab job with installation. I would highly recommend them for your Hvac needs. Great job team.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    My new house had old heating and cooling system and I was in the market for a new system. Chris was very prompt and was helpful from the beginning. Even though it was the holiday season, the technicians were present for the installation right after the Boxing day! The technicians were very professional and did a great job in installing the furnace, AC and humidifier. They made sure to not damage any part of the house and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was done. I'll definitely recommend Chris and his team for all your heating and cooling needs.
