    Furnace Replacement

    Chris is a real polite professional who knows how to treat his customers. He answered every question very satisfactorily. His team of Techs were knowledgeable and installed the new Goodman furnace to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Chris and his team.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    I had 4 quotes for new furnace and AC in August. The salesmen which was most sincere and straightforward was Pete from Convertible. No pressure, no upselling, just the facts and an educated consumer can make their own decisions. Got this install done this week and very impressed with the quality and care they took. Would recommend them to everyone.

    Air Conditioning Replacement

    We are returning customers. We purchased our first AC unit from Convertible in 2006 and were very happy with their service. Our air conditioner broke down during the hottest season and Convertible was quick to quote and would've installed it immediately if we hadn't delayed our decision. We decided to delay our furnace purchase until next year, but we had our AC installed today and service and overall experience was excellent! I'd highly recommend Marnie and her team of installers without reservation.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Chris and the Service Tech were top notch. Chris answered all questions we had promptly and scheduled our install without delay. The Service Tech was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the install. We would definitely recommend Convertible to our family and friends. Thank you!

    New Furnace and AC

    Chris and his team were very professional, polite and took time to answer all of my questions. I got a Carrier furnace and AC put in and they did the job within the week. I would highly recommend them. I will be getting them to put in a new water heater as well.

    Great price and installation

    My AC unit died suddenly near the end of the summer. I decided to get a replacement this year with the rising costs of everything I feel it was the best thing to do. The unit was installed without any issues and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The technician was experienced and was able to answer all of my questions easily. The unit is a nice compact size and still packs the same power and efficiency.

    Full HVAC replacement With Heat Pump system

    I had my Furnace, AC & Hot water tank replaced by Convertible with a new Carrier Heat Pump system and instant Hot Water boiler. I made Michael work hard on this project I had a lot of questions and concerns as well as a few unique requirements. Michael always tried to get back to me with answers in a timely manor. The installation team was wonderful the guys did a fantastic job and I was really impressed with the quality of the work they went above and beyond and so far the system seems to be working well and I'm looking forward to seeing how it handles the cold weather.

    Excellent job

    Adam the service technician was amazing as usual. Have used him in the past for warranty coverages on our furnace and he's an expert to say the least. Job was done in a timely manner and went over everything thoroughly. Would recommend to friends and family

    Furnace installation

    Installation was complete in the timeframe specified. Mats were put on all paths to the installation location to respect cleanliness. After the installation I inspected the furnace and piping. All items were done to code. The furnace was tested adequately with no issues. Staff were polite and pleasant. Really, no issues at all.

    New Air Conditioner

    New air conditioner was replaced on the promised date with the old unit taken away. Technicians were friendly and efficient, and left the premises clean inside and out. Price was very competitive.
