We needed to install a power vent hotwater tank at our new home and had reached out to Convertible Heating and Air for a quote, just like we had done with a few other companies. While the rest of the companies asked a bunch of questions or requested an inspection (some of them at a price!) before they provided the estimate, my call with Sam (President of Convertible) was really quick and succinct. Initially, I was a little unsure if I was able to get the right quote as Sam neither needed an inspection nor did he ask a whole lot of questions, but the fact that he took time to answer all my queries to satisfaction and sounded confident on the grounds of being in the business for over 50 years, we decided to go with Convertible. And we are SO glad we made that decision! Within a week, Jordan and Craig came over to our place, took the utmost care to move in and install new equipment, remove the old tank and respond to all the questions that we had. Extremely approachable, dexterous, and knowledgeable team at Convertible and a big shoutout to Sam and his team for being so amazing with their work and communication. To top it all, the quote turned out to be the price that we ACTUALLY paid! No ugly surprises. No false promises. Dream team. Highly recommend.
