    Furnace installation

    Our furnace suddenly broke down and had to be replaced, so I called Convertible. Within a week, they came to install my new furnace. Mohammed and Ali were very professional and knowledgeable, and I am very happy that we now have a functioning furnace.

    New Furnace and A/C

    Chris and Sam were knowledgeable and accommodating regarding the install of our new furnace and A/C. Their installers were on time, friendly, polite and experienced. They answered all our questions and install went smoothly.

    New Furnace

    We had our air conditioner replaced by Convertible Air & Heating a couple years ago and due to our positive experience, we opted to have them replace our furnace as well. They're reliable and work diligently to get the job done. Thank you!

    Tankless hot water heater

    Michael and his team were great to deal with. He explained the whole process of the tankless water heater and quoted us a fair price. The installation with Craig and his team went smoothly. Highly recommend.

    A Warm Winter

    Comparing Quotes? Look no further! - I couldn't recommend Convertible enough. Michael (Sales) visited us to draw up a quotation with several options to suit our specific needs. Unlike our experience with other HVAC companies, he had nothing to sell us other than the equipment we actually needed. Comparing similar products, he provided technical advice on selection of units and on the details of installation which saved us heap loads from other quotes. His explanation was a good rebuttal to other quotes we received and I'm glad we followed his advice. It was a pleasure talking with Marnie (GM); She patiently addressed every concern we had regarding after-sales service, how they stack up to their competition and provided exceptional customer service. Ali and Mo (Installers) were friendly and completed a professional installation the next day. They worked efficiently, cleanly and were respectful of the area they worked in. Thank you to Sam and the whole team at Convertible who gave us an exceptional experience; I'm thoroughly impressed with this family-run business. Highly Recommend.

    Quick,efficient,professional

    Convertible provided a quick informed assessment and the best competitive quote within 24hrs for a new furnace. There was no lengthy or high pressure sales meeting. Their install date was prompt as mutually arranged. The installation was efficient and professional. The installers were polite and respectful and gave a review of the product prior leaving. I highly recommend and will use them again at a future date for an a/c .

    Excellent installation service

    The sales representative (Christopher) was knowledgeable and responsive and worked with me to establish the best solution for our furnace oil to gas conversion. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The team who removed the old system was professional and clean and did their job smoothly and without damage. Great work. The installers were very skilled, efficient and professional, answering all of my questions, and their workmanship was as good as one could expect. The commissioning was smooth and the representative (Craig) was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured that all functions were checked out before he left. Everyone arrived on time or slightly early for the arranged times. Top notch job.

    Furnace Replacement.

    Was referred to Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning by a family member. The entire team was delightful to deal with. Marnie (GM), Peter and Michael (Sales), Ali (Installer) and Grant (Office). They were patient, informative, pleasant and easy to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were able to navigate through a difficult situation. Thank you for all your help. Really appreciate the service (furnace, thermostat and water pump installation) and products (furnace and thermostat) provided to us.     Air Conditioner Replaced

    Called Convertible Air Regarding replacing our air conditioner, Sam was very helpful and explained in detail what they will do and why he recommended the unit we got. Install crew was great and didn't try and sell us on things we didn't need... I would recommend Convertible Air for any repair or new installations...
