    Heating system

    Called convertible Air for a quote, Peter came out to the house. Inspected and recommended the correct furnace and gave me a written quote on the spot. Price was very competitive and signed. Peter called back that same day with an installation date. Insatallers showed up on time, Kemar went right to work and had it done in no time. He did a great job, was neat, efficient and polite. I would recommend Convertible over any other company. Family owned and operated.

    Great Company To Work With!

    I referred my Mom to get her new Air Conditioning unit from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. because I had bought both my AC and furnace from them a few years ago and was pleased with their service. Again I was very satisfied! I would recommend this family owned company any time.

    A/C & Furnace Purchase

    We received quotes from the other major companies. They all push the rental packages. We saw and ad for Convertible and decided to email for a quote. The response was rapid. The sales rep, Chris, was awesome and did not come off as a typical salesman at all. He was not pushy or anything like that. He offered a couple of different options. We were extremely happy with the quote and decided to purchase the equipment. The installation crew was amazing, clean, efficient, polite and explained everything. We couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.

    Complete HVAC replacement

    Overall I had a great experience with these guys. Very happy with our system and most of the install. The only two things I would say is that I did have a smart thermostat that I wanted installed but the technician forgot about and I ended up installing myself, and the apprentice that was working with the main technician cut the opening for the humidifier in the wrong location so they had to patch it up. Apart from that I'm very happy with the work and the price of the equipment.

    AC Unit installation

    Installation was fast and Brandon was very accommodating with our questions. The house is now very comfortable.

    Best price, great service

    In 2021 we looked at a few furnace vendors but went with Convertible because they were kind, helpful, didn't try to put us through a sales funnel (no presentation, no pressure), and the price was by far the best. They nailed it.

    AC Install

    I had this company install my first AC 20 years ago and just had them install a new one. Best price around . Installers were very efficient / polite and very professional. Highly recommend

    Post-installation service

    The A/C was installed by Convertible in 7/2020 and in 7/2022, they diagnosed that the valve was faulty though under warranty. To replace the valve and charge with refrigerant, Convertible was charging grater than $1000. The refrigerant leaked due to a faulty component (under warranty) and could not understand why the cost of recharging should be mine. The disassembled valve was not replaced and the covers left unsecured. This is a very bad taste of customer service and Convertible request that I pay diagnostic fees.

    Hello, the service valves were under warranty from the manufacturer but the manufacturer doesn't cover the refrigerant or the labour or the leak test after one year. The part was provided free, and you only paid for the refrigerant, the leak test, the nitrogen, and the labour to install plus HST. Your number is a bit exaggerated as well, But I understand your frustration. This was not caused by the installation it was simply a defective part that leaked over the last winter. That's why there's a charge. This is also why we encourage people to join the extended labour program which would've covered all of this. You were offered that program but declined it.
