    AC Installation

    I had installed an AC unit 25 years ago so I thought I would give Convertible another shot they were helpful . Competitively priced and the installation went smoothly. A stellar company that stands behind their product and their work. I appreciate the patience and support they gave me during the buying process.. System runs great and I would highly recommend them to any one I will use them in another 25 year should a need a new syste. Thank you

    New Furnace

    As usual we had a wonderful experience with Convertible Heating & Air. We've used them to install an AC unit in the past and now a new Furnace. It was a pleasure to have Pete come to the house, he is incredibly knowledgeable, and he helped us choose the right product for our needs. The installers did a great job and actually made a suggestion that saved us $450 on the total bill. Their customer service and staff are the best we've dealt with, I would highly recommend using this company!

    new gas furnace and thermostat supply and installation

    competitive pricing, great service and communication, service tech very knowledgeable and polite, extremely satisfied with convertible air and would recommend them without hesitaion

    New AC and Furnace Installation

    I use Homestars to do all my research when looking for top notch vendors and service providers. This is how I found Convertible Air. From the initial contact to completion of installation, the experience was efficient and hassle free. Shout out to Sam and Christopher (owners) and Dave and Chris (installers) for a job well done. There are many companies to choose from, but Convertible Airs customer service and competitive pricing make them stand out from the rest of the pack.

    A/C not working optimally

    Although my A/C was switching on , the output wasnt cold enough to cool the home. The tech came and refilled the gas coolant. The cost to perform this 15min task was $500 ! Dont know if this is typical cost for this type of service. My A/C has been working and cooling my home since that fix.

    Hi, Unfortunately refrigeration has increased significantly in the past three years. The price including refrigeration and labour to rectify is correct. The good thing is you now have a system running properly and cooling your house.

    Furnace and A/C install

    If you want fast reliable service call Convertible Heating and Air. During the recent heatwave my equipment failed. I placed several calls for quotes and service time, none of them could meet my needs. Feeling defeated I reached out to Convertible. I'm greeted by Sam, he made me feel welcomed and provided me with a lot of information. This assured me I'm dealing with a quality company. He took my information and said his daughter (Marnie) would call me back. Within 20 mins she calls me, books a time the next day to come see my problem. After she provided the quotes on a couple of units. All well under the prices of the other company's I spoke with. She tells me we can have the units installed on the Monday (it's Friday). Needless to say I chose Convertible Heating and Air. The install itself was done professionally and fast. They found a wiring problem from the original install and quickly fix it. thank you Sam , Marnie and Tech team!! You will be our first call for future services and recommendation to anyone who asks for HVAC help.

    New furnace and ac

    I wanted to replace my old furnace and ac and my friend recommended me convertible. I am really happy to use their services. The prices were good. Installation was smooth and hasslefree. Full marks to convertible team.

    Service

    The dealer answered by call at 6.00 am on a weekend and gave me an accurate quote . His service team came early on the agreed date and worked quickly to set up the AC. The answered all my questions and did a good job of installation.

    AC Unit Replacement

    Very professional team to get my AC unit replaced. Starting with the sales, Mike was very professional, easy to deal with and straight to the point. No crazy upselling like with out companies. Gave his personally recommendation which seems to make sense and a reasonable (or cheaper than most) quote. The installers: Polite and professional. Very good craftsmanship with the new sheet metal they need to build up for the new AC evaporator that I have also replaced. The crew cleaned up after themselves and gave me some basic maintenance tips to make sure the unit will last long.
