    New Furnace and A/C Unit

    Top notch service from the beginning to the end. We dealt with Christopher and everything was explained perfectly. Very friendly and very experienced. The installers showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame provided. Old equipment was removed without an issues and no mess was left. New equipment is working perfectly especially new A/C unit. Highly recommended. Great prices was well. Thank you

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Excellent assessment from the general manager. Her crew/team were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very clean. Both furnace and air conditioner were installed in a safe and timely manner.

    A/C replacement

    Pete sold me on Convertible! He explained that it was a family company and why he went to work for them and I knew I could trust them. Then he told me the price and I couldn't believe it. Same unit as everybody else quoted but at a WAY better price. Their guys showed up on time and Installing went quickly. Very happy

    Central A/C Installation

    Excellent price and service. This is the third time I've used Convertible. They completed the job in accordance with the quote without issue, despite encountering a very difficult and unknown installation issue arising from a tight space which also created job hazards for the installer, Sean. This added at least 2 hours to the job. Sean was highly professional and courteous.

And yes, it was a very very difficult job and it cost us about $300 extra in materials and labour to redo your furnace venting to access the cooling coil. But as you know, we didn't charge any extra and absorbed it all ourselves.     AC install

    Convertible installed a new air conditioner for us last week. The quoting process was efficient as they were able to give me all the information I need through the phone, even though I called on a Sunday outside of their regular business hours. Sam was very patient and knowledgeable, he gave me lots of great advice and insight on selecting the right AC for my needs. Sam was able to schedule my installation 3 days after our initial contact. The installers were professional, polite, and efficient. They kept the work area very clean, and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Strongly recommend.

    New AC Install

    My old AC died on me. Convertible were the ones to install the this original AC and have been servicing it every year since. When I needed this AC replaced, Convertiable were by far the most cost efficient. Sam was able to squeeze me in on short notice right before the heat wave hit. The install was quick, smooth and clean. Crew were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will continuing having them service our home!

    Excellent experience with Convertible Heating & AC

    Convertible Heating and AC was one of the first companies to respond to my request for a quote for a new furnace, AC unit and humidifier. We also needed to change our pipes. Christopher came in and was great in assessing what needed to be done. Explained our options and gave us a quote. We decided to go with them. The day we booked to get the work done was, unfortunately, one of the hottest days so far this year. We were not looking forward to having a full day without AC. The team: Brandon, Matt and Josh called to see if we were okay with them starting an hour earlier (8am). They showed up on time; were friendly and very efficient. They were able to get all the work done before noon. They cleaned up after themselves and had the AC up and running before the day really got hot. We're so glad we went with Convertible. Not only was their price affordable but their work was efficient and professional. Our experience with Convertible has been excellent!

    Quick, easy installation

    Furnace went down and I got a couple of quotes. Not only did Convertible have the best price, especially given the product offered, they were on my radar since I was interested in them doing a different job for me prior to this issue. A bit of a wait to get them to come in to install a new furnace but that wasn't a surprise. The installers were nothing but fantastic and courteous. They answered all my questions regarding furnaces and other appliances and gave useful feedback based on my uses. Would highly recommend based on this experience.
