    Reliable, Caring and Trustworthy

    My experience with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning was beyond excellent. We ultimately needed a new AC unit to be installed, but prior to the installation we had challenges identifying the underlying issue causing our unit's fan to not work. This was a huge difficulty for us because it was during an extreme heat wave and we have a newborn (preemie) at home. The underlying issue was in fact the AC unit (a leak), however it was difficult to assess and identify because of an old Peak Saver box installed by Toronto Hydro that neither the technician or an electrician (who we later had to call) were allowed to inspect. The Peak Saver/Toronto Hydro removal was incredibly frustrating as they were very disorganized. This prolonged our lack of AC again during an extreme heat wave with a newborn at home. But when the removal was completed, Convertible acted with incredible expediency to schedule a reassessment of our unit and subsequent installation. They did whatever they could to quickly solve our cooling issues and install a new unit. The technicians and staff were also so friendly, professional, honest and empathic throughout this whole ordeal and that made something that was so diffcult, less frustrating. We were very happy with their service and we wouldn't hesitate to go through them again or provide a referral. Thank you!

    Professional customer service & Install

    Marnie and her team made the process incredibly painless. I had a tough job that required extensive electrical work in order to run power to the AC unit across a finished basement. Marnies team did the work with minimal mess and damage to the basement ceiling. My AC unit is working great and my home is now very comfortable. I have already recommended her team to a friend of mine.

    Air conditioner

    My air conditioner was broken. I called convertible heating and air conditioning company. Adam came to our house in punctual time. Gave us an excellent and efficient service. I do recommend him and this company for their services. Thank you

    New air conditioner

    Very professional and friendly installers. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come and replace my air conditioner. Price point was excellent.

    Convertible Air Conditioner

    Very happy with the service from receiving the quote to the finished product. Adam, the technician that installed our A/C was helpful. Job was completed within the time frame and old ac and parts removed and area cleaned.

    Excellent Price and Workmanship

    I had a great experience with Convertible Heating & Air conditioning. I dealt with Pete to organize the installation of a furnace and air-conditioner. The installers arrived on time and did the job same day as discussed. They were the most professional company I've ever dealt with with it comes to heating and air-conditioning. They came as a referral to me from my mom, and I'm glad she told me about them. I'll be recommending them to friends and family going forward. Thanks again for an excellent job!

    Excellent service for my new AC!

    My boyfriends Dad has always been a costumer of Convertible Air. His furnace stopped working last winter and needed a replacement. He told us the service from Convertible was great and the job was done fast and professional. So, when my AC stopped working a couple of weeks ago, I called Convertible Air. And he was right. My call was connected right away and the person on the phone was very helpful. Pete came to my house in two days! He was very friendly and gave us details of our options and quotes. We had a great time. He remembered visiting my boyfriends Dad for this furnace problem. We made another appointment and my new AC was installed the next week! The technicians were also very friendly and professional with lots of helpful information. The job was done very quickly and clean. I will do business again with Convertible for sure. Now, Im ready for the summer!
