    Reliable and quick

    We used Convertible for other service about a year ago. There was no question about who we would call when our air conditioning stopped working at the start of the heat wave. They came quickly and installed a new product and helped us understand maintenance that may help the life of the product.

    Air conditioner

    Great service from the salesman to the installer. The price was fair and the unit is great

    Install home HVAC and water heater

    I seldom do reviews, let alone give top marks but I can't think how this purchase/install could have been any better. All staff were 100% punctual, professional, knowledgable, experienced and thorough. The "sales pitch" was friendly, factual and no-nonsense, with none of the typical tactics to direct attention away from comparing features, quality, experience and price. Other like-for-like quotes were $thousands higher and not as up-front about warranty coverages and maintenance plans. This was a relatively easy install, as it was replacing nearly identical rental units with ample space to work. Their experience was obvious to me, and I am certain more involved installations would be easily and carefully handled.

    Carrier Air conditioning install in Niagara Falls

    Chris did a site inspection because we wanted to move our unit to a new location and gave quotes for two different brands and suggested we upsize the unit as well due to length of pipes. I also took His advise to go with the Slightly higher priced Carrier unit because it is quieter and lasts longer. Adam did and excellent installation job with Jeremy assisting him. The work area was protected with runners and was left clean and tidy. We look forward to working with them in the near future to replace our furnace as well. Thank you Convertible team for a job well done, It was a real pleasure to do business with you.

    Furnace/AC Install

    Convertible had the best price when I was looking for a quote, and Chris was very informative in the sales on-site visit, giving us multiple options as well as the pros/cons of each! Adam and Jeremy did our install. They were professional and clean, and answered all my inquiries and curiosity. The job went from around 9-3pm, but they need little to no supervision. There was some water pooling after the install, I reached out next morning and Adam graciously came back at noon to diagnose and fix the issue. Overall a great experience so far!

    Replacement A/C

    Dealing with Convertible was great right from the start. Our AC was 29 years old and it was time to get it replaced. Chris came out to give a quote. He had a look at the current AC and furnace, explained the options for a new AC with prices. Quote was competitive with those from other companies. I called back the next day to book the installation, got an installation date for two business days later. The installer, Adam, showed up on time (even called ahead to let me know exactly when he'd arrive), was friendly and polite, and worked efficiently. When he was done he went over everything with me. A very positive experience and I would use Convertible again and recommend them to anyone.

    Ductless A/C Install

    Convertibles quote was better than the other two we received. This was for the exact same Mitsubishi equipment. Mikes communication during the sales process was a real confidence builder, as wed never had AC and didnt know the ins and outs of the process. Roop was a fantastic and efficient installer. The only opportunity for improvement would have been better coverage of the electrical and drain lines in the house.

He has worked for us for over 30 years, the entire time doing a ductless unit every single day. Nobody has as much experience. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the covering, the reason that we don't (unless directly requested to by the customer at the time of quoting) is that the covering can hide important signs of trouble in the future. For example, drain lines can get clogged and or mouldy and refrigerant leaks can occur which lead to frost on the lines, and we cannot see if any of these issues are happening if it's covered. So the covering actually works against you in the future for durability, longevity and identifying service issues.     Replace existing AC

    I had three other companies make recommendations/submit quotes before contacting Convertible and I am so glad I found them. Marnie spent a generous amount of time on the phone with me discussing options, price points and a very important part of the process - proper installation. Michael, the HVAC Consultant, was at my place within 48 hours to look at my furnace and existing duct work and to talk about options and submit quotes. Installation was done by Alis team shortly afterwards. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and things went very smoothly. Very happy with my new AC and my experience with Convertible, I highly recommend them!
