    Complete HVAC replacement

    A job well done. they came on time, replaced Water Heater, Furnace and Air Conditioner in one day, all very professionally done. Cleaned everything up and took all old system with them. Recommend this company.

    New Furnace

    We had another great experience with Convertible. They previously replaced our AC unit and we were very pleased with their work. We called them immediately when we needed to replace our furnace. Mike, the HVAC Consultant, is very professional and knowledgeable and was able to provide a quick and competitive quote. They had a cancellation date and were able to move up our appointment which was great. Craig and his team installed the furnace and they were both great. Terrific workmanship, very respectful and knowledgeable. They left the house and driveway neat and clean. Would highly recommend.

    Tankless water heater install

    As the world returns to normal we want to travel more…. I reached out to 4 firms and Convertible was the lowest after a couple of rebates…. The crew was very clean and professional and very accommodating. Great job!!

    Supply and install new Carrier Furnace in Ancaster, Ont

    From the initial visit by Chris for a quote, to the install by Adam of our new Carrier Furnace, the whole experience was both pleasant and seamless. Our old furnace suddenly quit so Chris was able to arrange installation within a few days. Adam was both knowledgeable and friendly and demonstrated his skills. Convertible proved to be very customer centric which makes me comfortable to highly recommend them for any Heating and Cooling in the Hamilton and surrounding area.!!

    Fall Furnace Tune-Up--Service "Above and Beyond"!

    Our HVAC technician retired after giving us over 30 years of excellent service. We reached out to Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning based on its excellent HomeStars ratings, and we're more than happy we did. Sean was our technician and inspected our furnace from top to bottom and was also kind enough to wash down our electronic air cleaner coils. Beyond that, he shared his findings with me, showing that everything was within specifications. Best of all from my wife's point of view, he removed his boots except when he was working on the furnace itself. That's service "above and beyond"!

    Furnace and Tankless Water Heater Installed

    We like to do our research and received quotes from multiple companies, but the more we learned, the more Convertible Air became a clear favourite. From Michael's consultation to the installation and removal of the old furnace and water tank, Convertible was transparent, accessible, and professional. The installation team worked all day and, besides the two minute vacuuming job they left behind, the installation of the new appliances was tidy and exactly what we had discussed. We had some difficulty balancing the system with the new furnace, but they were kind enough to troubleshoot and resolve our issue over the phone.

    Furnace & AC Installed

    I was very impressed with the Technical & Legal information Chris provided me with during the initial onsite visit to Quote the Job. The Installation was completed by Adam & his co-worker with skilled efficiency & their workmanship was "neat & clean". I was also VERY THANKFUL Adam was receptive to my suggestion on the location of the Air Intake & Vent Piping. Though it involved more work & effort, the finished result definitely increased my customer satisfaction as the piping is more inconspicuously located. Overall I am very pleased I chose Convertible to install my new Carrier Furnace & Air Conditioner!

    FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING INSTALL

    The sales person was informative and helped us decide on the units to be replaced. In comparison to other HVAC companies - Convertible is very knowledgable and their price is quite reasonable. The installation technicians were very professional and knowledgable, they took the time to explain what they had done and answer all of our questions.

    New Furnace

    Chris was amazing helping me choose the right furnace for my home. Also the install team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company as they are very pleasant to deal with.

    Replacement of furnace and A/C equipment

    The sales agent for Convertible Heating & Air was very informative in his sales presentation of the quote to replace my HVAC equipment. The quoted price was affordable. The installation staff were very efficient when installing the equipment.
