    Tankless Water Tank Installed

    Recently, we have had tankless water heater installed. The technicians did great job. When I asked the questions, they were very nicely to explain the things for me. The job was completed with our satisfaction. I have to also mention that Convertible office is also very helpful. When I called, they were patiently answered the inquires.

    New Furnace

    Process began with Chris. Much appreciated his comparison of different units and no “up sell” approach. Very pleased with the customer service - Installer Craig was on time, professional and did an excellent job. Slight issue with an internal switch. Technician Tahir arrived shortly after install, quickly diagnosed, and came back the same evening to replace the part. Highly recommend.

    Quick and easy job

    My call was answered quickly, and appointments for a diagnostic and then an AV unit installation were scheduled quickly. Work was efficient, clean, quiet, and quick, and I had all of my questions answered. Would definitely recommend for unit recommendations, installation, and servicing.

    Gas Furnace

    I was very happy with the experience and expertise I received throughout the whole process. They were all friendly, professional personnel from quote to installation. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace/air conditioner or just service.

    Happy Customer

    We had a Rinnai tankless water heater and new furnace pump intalled. The sales process was easy and seamless. The intall was completed in one day and professionally executed. AWESOME JOB!

    Furnace

    Furnace had 92 code error which was communicated. Their executive Mr Tahir came n checked n he had no idea what that error stand. Being on onset of winters without heating we r facing problems. Now he says as u have bought this house warranty does not apply to u and you will have to apply for warranty which will take 72 hrs. After 72 hours he is saying more 1 week. Now he is clueless. If he fixes it with new motherboard we may have to pay approx CAD 1000k If thr is no warranty. WE ARE CLUELESS TOO n extremely upset with the service provider

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    I called two companies to get a quote for a furnace and hot water tank. I then called Convertible and Chris came out to give me a quote. I was very happy with the price and knowledge he gave me. He didn't try to over sell products I didn't need. Rick and Charlie did a great job installing both. They were on time, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to others.     Great communication, pricing, products, and installation!

    I spoke with Chris at Convertible Air when I was gathering quotes to replace my AC and Furnace before the winter hit (the one in the house was 22 years old so it was time to do it before it died on us). Chris came over and talked to me about the company and the products, gave me all-in pricing on the spot (others had added extras which added up quite significantly). When I was ready to commit he set me up with a date for install, and when I then added in a Water Heater to the mix in-flight he was able to accommodate it on the same day. His team arrived at 8am and did a great job on the installation - they left the place cleaner than when they arrived too. Thanks Chris, Mohammed, and Ali! Would 100% recommend Convertible Air

    Furnace, AC and water heater replacement

    I contacted three companies to quote on a new furnace, AC and water heater. I ultimately chose Convertible because their quote was competitive and I didn't feel like the salesman was trying to upsell me. The installation process was very smooth. The installers arrived on time and were extremely professional. I'm very happy with the installation and would recommend Convertible to others.

    Furnace, ac and hot water tank

    We are very happy with the service we received from the salesperson to the installers. Everything went smooth from start to finish. The installers were clean and polite. It was a rainy day, they covered all the floors and stairs to the basement. We would definitely recommend them.
