    New Furnace and A/C

    Thoroughly pleased and happy with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Craig and partner were absolutely amazing, professional, efficient, and very hard working. Shared a lot of knowledge and tips with me for which I am truly greatful. I am very happy with the wonderful job they did and all the suggestions from Christopher as well.     New AC installed

    WOW ! Didn't expect to be this satisfied with an installation of a new AC. Marnie was amazing in explaining and recommending what was best for us. The two techs who came out for the install went above and beyond. Didn't get their names, sorry about that. Install was great and clean up was better. Nice getting AC back on and at a price that didn't hurt. Thanks Marnie and the two tech guys.

    Air Conditioner Unit Installation

    Our A/C unit broke down during the hottest week of the summer. We dealt with Sam directly and he was able to squeeze us in for service within a few days. The Service was great from start to finish and the quality of the unit is top-notch.

    We like the work of the two guys who came to our house, They even changed the air support outside the house without asking and we love it! Thank you !

    AC Install

    The 2 techs were very professional, took their time and were very responsive to my questions. My sales person was not pushy, professional and answered all my questions. Price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Convertible to anyone.

    Best price for great service

    I really like the overall response. I had called in weekend to have quick quote. Mike had vacation with his family but he had provide the quote immediately. He visited Milton next day to provide the accurate estimation. Finally installation completed in week with better price. Overall great service with better price in market.

    Air con crapped out

    Again, Marnie from Convertible came through amazingly, our air con died Monday and she had a new unit installed Tuesday bright and early. The installers were fantastic, cleaned up after spot on. Will definitely be using them again with our new house. Convertible installed our furnace and tankless. Amazing company.

    installation furnace, A/C, water heater

    The sales rep was very responsive and helpful in working through our needs for new a/c and to replace furnace and water heater. Their quote was cheaper than a competitors and more straight forward without trying to push extra warranty costs. The installation went well with two individuals working a long day to complete it. The installation looks very good and its workings were explained to us.. We are satisfied.

    Air Conditioning and Tankless Water

    I just had Convertible install a tankless water heater and a new Air Conditioning unit at my home. The company is top notch from start to finish. I called on a Sunday afternoon and had instant response from Chris, the owner, and he dispatched a tech to look my AC unit on Monday. Tech did very thorough inspection and found the problem and explained it well - needed to be replaced. I replaced the AC unit and decided to update my 10+ yr old water tank with a tankless unit. Chris came to house to do estimating and pointed out an (serious) error on AC from original installation. He was super patient with as he answered a lot of my questions even on the weekend. Lastly, the installation tech, Kumil, was fantastic and I could tell was professional by taking time to do a proper job (not rushing) and also correcting a few poor choices from original install. My heating system is a non-standard, high velocity system and Convertible was very familiar with them. Great company with integrity. Would strongly recommend.

    New Furnace

    We used this company before and were pleased with their service, so called them when needed a new furncace recently . Was in contact with Mike from the start, and he when he came to our house, he explained what furnace would be best and why. We were confident in the choice of the furnace and the installers also provided clear explanations of what they were doing and what we need to do. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend going with Convertible Heating and Air conditioning!
