    Great customer service

    I used Convertible for the first time for installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. I found them from a flyer package in my mailbox . They were prompt on arrival and friendly . I’ve been in the construction business for 40 years and they did a great cleanup and would highly recommend them. .

    awesome

    Just want to say thanks again to the whole team and a big thanks to Chris , this is my 2nd time with CONVERTIBLE heating and air conditioning ..There a great company will be returning to them Always for my A/C and furnace needs in the future. I can't complain everything running super smooth and very cold and very quiet love my new A/c... Thank uuuuuu Chris..     Replacement of air conditioner and furnace

    The company delivered on what they promised and the service was exceptional. The technicians were hard working and detail oriented I would recommend this company as we shopped around and no one would provide us a better product or price then Convertible Thank you Margaret and Manuel Matias

    Furnace replacement

    I had use Convertible in the past for 2 ac. installation but this time is for the furnace replacement. The quote was very fair and the 2 technicians were very professional and they left the work area very clean . I would recommend this firm to all my friends.

    AC & Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Speedy and professional replacement of air conditioner and old water heater, with new AC and a tankless water heater. Very happy with the results especially the new tankless water heater.

    New Furnace

    It was a pleasure dealing with Chris from start to finish on a project that presented with several anomalies. Working through them was a breeze with Chris. Everything was on time and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible to family and friends.

    Furnace and air conditioner install

    I have used Convertible in the past for a furnace and AC installation, and similar to last time, this company meets and exceeds my expectations for product value, quality, and service excellence. The work this company does is thorough and sensitive to unique customer situations, which in this case was particularly appreciated. Marnie and her family are always a pleasure to work with and I do not hesitate to recommend Convertible Air to my family and friends for all of their HVAC needs.

    Air Conditioning and Furnace Replacement

    From start to finish I found that the service and price was excellent. My air conditioner stopped working suddenly and I called convertible for a quote. I met with Marnie, the general manager and she explained the process from start to finish, gave me a quote which was very fair. I decided to get an air conditioner and furnace. The installation team, Dave and his apprentice were professional, caring, clean and explained everything they were going to do and showed me the job after they were finished. It was a bigger job then they expected but they did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

    AC Maintenance

    Purchased our heating and AC from Convertible 7 years ago. Recently the AC didn't seem to be cooling as well. I set up an appointment and the serviceman, Ken, was great. He called ahead to confirm, he was courteous, instructive and thorough. AC is back to its old self now and our dog Frodo made a new friend!

    A/C

    Unexpectedly the A/C was broken down and I got a new A/C from Convertible. The communication was effective and the installation was done timely and professionally last week. For the past few days, I noticed that cool air has evenly been circulating upstairs, which the old one failed to do. I am happy about the job and service they did.
