    Air Conditioner Install

    I had Convertible Heating & Air Install a Goodman AC Unit in our rental property in Hagersville last week and received excellent service. The installers showed up promptly and did a great job mounting the unit and running the lines into the basement. Chris was great and very knowledgeable over the phone when advising the best unit for the house. We are actually going to be having Convertible Heating & Air install a second AC unit later this year when our other rental property closes. Family run business that has been around since 1967. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your HVAC needs. Michael S

    Professional Service and competitive pricing

    Had our old AC unit break down on us (20 yrs old) and was referred to Chris A at Convertible by a friend. Was very happy with their advice, honesty and professionalism. Would definitely refer these guys to anyone looking for heating or cooling help.

    Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Dealing with Convertible for installing my new tankless water heater is very straightforward. Their service is simple, fast and friendly. Sale representative Marnie was very patient in the beginning to explain to us on phone about which model of water heater we need for our home and the cost for this job. Then, she sent the consultant Michael to come by and check our existing plumbing configuration. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what they need to do to finish the installation and answer my questions about this job. A week later, the installer Kamil and his partner came by and they were nice and professional. They kept my space clean and dry and didn’t leave any mess in my home. We are very appreciated that they helped me put my old water tank on my car for return. Overall, we are very happy and sati with their professionalism and great service.

    Why Can't All Companies Be Like this?

    It was time to replace a furnace from 1982, and a water-based air conditioner even older than that. Did some research on HomeStars, and put Convertible on the short-list both because of the positive reviews, and almost more importantly because of the company's detailed responses to the negative reviews. Convertible's quote was very competitive (mostly better) than the others I got, and dealing with Marnie (the original founder's daughter) was a breath of fresh air. She is very knowledgeable, has a complete "no nonsense" approach to what is required / recommended, and was quick and thorough to answer my follow-up questions. In the end it was about the easiest decision I've ever had to make to choose a contractor. Installers showed up exactly at the scheduled time, were very pleasant to deal with, and took care to keep the work area clean and take away all debris (and old furnace & a/c). Follow-up communication with Marnie and others at Convertible has all been great .... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Convertible for any of your heating & A/C needs.

    A/C replacement

    My air conditioner did not work for a while. But this year, I decided to have it replaced. Convertible’s flyer got my attention and I decided to give them a try. I contacted 4 companies all together. Convertible not only offered the best price for identical equipment but also a quick installation. Michael (sales) came to my house and after a thorough inspection recommended a replacement unit, including the necessary installation work. The installers were on time, courteous, considerate, pleasant and easy to deal with, efficient and left the premises clean upon completion. They also took great care not to damage any plants, etc. while exchanging the units outside. My experience exceeded my expectations, from the initial telephone call to the finishing of the job. I would recommend Convertible to anyone.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Installed new Furnace and Air Conditioner today and received excellent service. The two installers cleaned up everything after the work was complete. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great Company and on time.

    central air conditioner

    From first speaking to Sam, I realize i picked the right company to replace my central air conditioner, The installers were very professional , did a superb job in a very timely fashion. I would highly endorse Convertible for any work that needs done. Marnie was very helpful with any questions i needed answered.

    Overall Excellent Experience

    I spoke with Sam on Tuesday to fill out a work order and they were able to schedule my AC installation on Thursday. The worker, Roop, came about 15min early and promptly got to work. There was no stress or worry during the installation, Roop managed well on his own. After he was done the work, I was left with instructions to call the office to pay. The installation was done on Canada Day so the offices were closed at the time. I had the AC installed and usable for almost a full day before I was even able to pay. Good work, good prices, and not being hounded for money was a good experience. It's been about a week since the installation and the unit seems to be working without issue.

    New carrier furnace

    We have used Convertible heating and air on three separate occasions and we have been extremely happy with the work that has been completed. This time we had a new furnace installed and everyone was knowledgeable and professional, from Chris in sales to Dave the installer. Great job!!

    Air Conditioning

    My initial installation had installation problems (water leaks and not COOLING), They sent Anthony and repair the problems left by the 1st technician, Anthony very professional and with all the equipment and testers left my unit working good. Thank you Anthony!
