    Furnace and AC

    Truly outstanding customer service and workmanship! Perfect install, on time and everything is working great. You will not be disappointed (I am not easy to please), Marnie took excellent care of me. Thank you Convertible Air!

    Great New A/C Install

    Working with Convertible to have a new A/C installed for my father was very easy and professional. They offered a competitive price on a Carrier model which was much better than some of the models offered by other installers. They were also very honest not to simply suggest the largest capacity unit and put my dad at ease with respect to whether any new lines needed to be installed. Payment was also easy and Mike was on top of the quotes and any changes to them. All in all, a pleasant and trouble free experience. Highly recommend them.

    Air Conditioner

    We had a Carrier Air Conditioner fitted to an older furnace within 1 week of getting the estimate. Reasonable price, quality product, good service with no annoying sales pitches. We're happy. Thank You.

    Major project made easy

    We replaced, vents, furnace and water heater. This major project was done in a timely manner and with much consideration. Christopher and the team did a great job. They were professional and certainly did quality work. So glad this project got done by Convertible! Wish all parts of our renovation were handled as seamlessly.

    Furnace replacement

    Replaced our 17 year old Furnace. Chris was great, prompt and overall I would highly recommend Convertible Heating & Air if you are looking for any kind of work to be completed. They told me in advance how long and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. Thank you !

    Air conditioner installation

    The two installers were very professional and friendly. They were fast but not rushed. They also took great care not to damage any plants while removing the old unit and installing the new unit. All debris and packing materials were removed and everything was left very clean and tidy. The salesperson Marnie was also very professional and friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this company.

    Efficient AC installation

    Very pleased with the efficient and reliable installation of our Air Conditioner. There pricing was very reasonable and the work was done very neatly. Salesman and technicians were very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

    Air Conditioner and Heating

    From the first time I talked to Sam I knew it’s a company I can trust. He called even while having Father’s Day Lunch with his family. They installed the units 2 days after I met with Chris who is very professional and knowledgeable. The best price among all the companies we contacted and the gentlemen who installed the units are very considerate and worked efficiently. Will definitely recommended.

    AC & Hot Water Tank Installation

    After 30 years we were ready for a new AC unit, I was also long overdue to return the rental water heater. My initial contact was with Marnie who coordinated the necessary steps. This install needed to take place over two visits as we were renovating the basement as well as landscaping our back yard. The compressor unit could not be installed until after the backyard was complete to allow for heavy equipment access. And then to make things more difficult our basement was being renovated before the back yard project. This meant the condenser needed to be installed and the related piping needed to be run but left coiled up inside the wall (approx. 20 feet away) for connection during the second visit. During the second visit a portion of the finished wall was opened up, holes drilled and pipes and electrical installed. I was amazed that the technicians were able to make the necessary pipe bends within a single joist bay (approx. 15 inch space) as I was prepared to open up the wall considerably more to accommodate. Marnie and the install technicians did a wonderful job. Everything looks very neat and professionally done. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning for your AC and water heater needs.

    AC Install

    They were very flexible and accommodating when we had to move our installation date several times! They also worked hard to help us maximize the space around the AC on our pathway and gave us some options the best solution.
