    AC Installation

    It was Quick response, very reasonable price ! Professional, friendly, helpful technicians ! This is my SECOND project with the company. With BOTH projects we are very satisfied ! Yes I really recommend the service of the company !

    Installation of A/C unit

    Our house is 20 years old and the original air conditioner needed replacement. We decided to go with Convertible because of the good reviews on Homestars. Their price was reasonable, the salesman was knowledgable and their technicians very professional. We chose a Carrier A/C unit. Unfortunately, it's been making noise. Convertible came out once, but the issue still persists. The unit is less than 2 months old.

    Install New Air Conditioner

    My old air conditioner broke down. I called three companies for quotes. Chris at Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning provided me with his quote within a short period of time. He had by far the best price and as an added bonus they installed the new air conditioner within a couple of days. The installer was professional and efficient and COVID compliant.

    A/C install

    Spoke to Sam who asked very specific questions about the install. Technicians Kemar and Jevawn were punctual, efficient and very professional. All questions I had were answered. From the initial contact to final install , the experience was pleasant. Their price was very competitive for the same unit from a competitor. Donovan

    A/C Replacement

    My 35 year old A/C failed during the recent heatwave and needed replacing. Convertible was recommended by a family friend. I spoke with Sam and he worked with us to discuss several options and explained the pros and cons. Very easy to deal with and no pressure sales. Took a week to have the unit installed due to understandable high volume of requests during a heat wave. The installers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. The unit is very quiet and we are happy with it.

    Cheaper, Quieter and Smaller!

    I had a horrifying experience with another large company, more than 9 technicians showed up to try to fix the poor installation job the initial company did. Decided to cut ties with the company and go for Convertible. The experience was delightful from start to finish. I spoke to Marnie and explained to her the issues I was having. She recommended the perfect unit (Goodman) that was quieter and smaller than the unit that was just installed. To top it up, Convertible was even able to offer a better price! The day of the installation was impeccable and Adam was extremely patient and the attention to detail was high. Overall we have been very happy with the experience front to end. Will recommend the company to anyone.

    New Furnace, AC and Tankless water Heater

    I had Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning come and replace my 19 year old furnace / AC and water tank with a new Carrier Furnace/ AC and Rinnai Tankless water heater. The installation that Kamil and Steve did looks perfect. You can tell these guys really care about the work they do to ensure I had quality installation performed. I already notice a big difference how the AC cools the house and looking forward to the energy savings over the years to come. Special thanks to Chris my sales agent that gave me the quote in January 2021 and when I decided to proceed, he accommodated my request to have the installation done in late spring of 2021 after I completed all my other home renovations.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Great service. I needed to replace a failing tankless water heater. Was able to get a same day competitive quote over the phone and a punctual professional installation a little over a week later. Highly recommend this company. -Aaron

    NEW AC AND FURNACE

    I purchased and had installed a new AC and furnace unit (plus all associated parts - humidifier, piping, etc) and was extremely happy with my experience from start to finish. Marnie was thorough in explaining all aspects of the systems during her quote, was open with different priced solutions, David the installer did a site visit prior to install to ensure he was prepared and there were no surprises the day the work was to be done. They arrived promptly on install day, were extremely communicative, courteous and exceptionally tidy - laying down cloths to keep my flooring and stairs clean when they moved in and out of the house, swept up after working, and removed the old equipment for disposal. Extremely appreciative of the hard work and professionalism in all members of the team.

    Great

    They helped me getting the finance and though there were delays but Michael ensured that we get best of the service and product. Very happy with my new AC. Thankful to convertible Air.
