    I DIDN'T THINK TWICE ABOUT CALLING THEM AGAIN

    I am once again a very satisfied customer. They did a great job in my previous house and years later after moving I didn't think twice about calling Convertible Air again for a new air conditioner (2 Ton Goodman) . Reasonable pricing, no trying to upsell me stuff, fast courteous installation, no games, you call they answer, I love it. I wish other companies worked so efficiently.

    New AC Unit

    Installed a new AC Unit and got a great price from Convertible Air – Chris (Sales) was great to deal with, took his time and answered all my questions, including follow up question no matter what time of the day it was. The Installers were punctual, called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Fast service as well – I called on Tuesday to place my order and had the unit installed on Thursday. The installers even came back the day when there was a problem with my thermostat (not to unit). Great experience overall!

    New AC Unit - Fast and Affordable

    I shopped around to nearly a dozen different companies to get a replacement ac unit for my house. Convertible came in at not only the least expensive, but for a larger unit. The installation was booked for only a few days after I called to place the order. The installation was fast and efficient. The day it was installed it was 32 degrees Celsius outside and my house was nice a comfortable shortly after turning it on. I am very satisfied.

    New Air Conditioner

    I had 3 quotes, convertible was the most professional. The men installing the units were professional as well and kept my home clean. Since I’ve owned my home the second floor was always hot in summer. The new A/C fixed that.

    New AC Unit Install

    I have used Convertible Heating and Air for the last 10 yrs (repairs) however this is the first install I have experienced with them and it was a last minute thing as our unit was not in great shape and it was time for it to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Chris was really helpful and the technicians/installers were professional, honest and did the job quickly. They even found a better way for the drainage pipe (it was constantly in the way and running under our dryer). You can't even tell (except by the new unit) that there was a new install. All garbage was removed (including the old unit). I want to say thank you so much for the quick turn around and answering all my questions and concerns I had. Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning will always be my go too.

    Installation of New AC

    We recently moved into a new home and with the warmer weather were surprised to find our "old AC" was just not working. We called in Convertible, they were quick to respond, had a quote that worked to our budget promptly written up and the crew was efficient, tidy and extremely polite/professional.

    Highly recommended

    The technician that came to our house was Chris and another gentleman. The were very helpful and professional. The whole installation was effortless. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    New Furnace and AC

    I was very happy with the service I received from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris my sales rep answered all of my many questions and Kamil did a great job with the instillation. Highly recommend.

    Air conditioning

    We needed an AC Unit for our home. Convertible came within a few days to give a quote and was able to install 2 days later. They are very professional and work was done quick and well. The price was competitive and came with excellent service. With delays because of covid and how hard it is to get things done we were shocked on how good the service was.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    From my initial conversation with Marnie the experience was very positive. She ask the correct questions to ascertain our needs and provided the right unit based on our budget. The HVAC installers were fantastic, very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend Convertible Air to anyone.
