    Central airconditioning

    fast and good services. Doing a good job both on the sale and installation. Service men are helpful ,kind and reliable. They are very efficient and came to the appointment time as promised.

    New Air Conditioner

    I have been a customer of Convertible Air for over twelve years. Their equipment is competitively priced and installation was perfect. I also use them for service due to the knowledgeable staff. I never hesitate recommending Convertible Air to friends and family.

    Furnace And AC Replacement

    Our AC broke and was looking to replace the AC and Furnace after 24 years. I received several quotes to compare apples to apples. Chris came in and was not your typical sales indiviual. He educated us on many fronts for both units!!! They came in slightly higher than some of the other quotes however, this family owned company took pride in their work and customer service was unbeleiviable!! The installation was smooth and the 2 installers were amazing to deal with, checked-in several times and kept me informed! They were professional, efficient, and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and you won't even know the 2 units were even replaced. I highly recommend this company to friends and family. I have no doubt they will be there in years to comes if any issues should arise.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    Our AC broke and received two quotes. One company was very high priced but Convertible Heating & Air was much more reasonable. Not only do they offer fair rates they were also very knowledgable and helpful to make the right decision for our needs. Even in the toughest times with it being first part of summer and everyone needing AC units and it being within COVID they had units available and were able to install very quickly.

    Central AC replacement

    My 19 year old central AC unit failed this year. My daughter had Convertible replace her unit. Convertible had the most professional and honest approach along with the best price. The technician called to say he was on his way, the installation was quick and professional.

    Suply & Install New Central Air Conditioning System

    I shopped around for a new central air conditioner, but in the end, decided to go with Convertible; it proved to be a good choice. Their pre-sales support answered all of my questions and quoted a very competitive price. The installation team, Ali and Mo, were excellent; they worked efficiently and neatly, explained what I needed to do to keep my new Carrier CAC system running efficiently, the recommended maintenance, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. About as good as it gets!

    Best Company Ever!

    This is the BEST Contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life. From the start of my call for an estimate (Chris responded same day) to the installation of AC, less than a week had passed. This is a family owned company and they take immense pride in their work. and customer service and satisfaction is top notch!! I also had estimate from a big box store as well as a the local large commercial gas company and not only were their prices way over the top, their customer service was not as good, AND they ran down the smaller companies trying to scare me into paying more. I much prefer to give my business to a family owned business and Chris responded to me immediately when I had even more questions. The installation was a bit complex as other contractors were on the street blocking access to my house but the installers were amazing! They were professional, efficient, worked hard on a blazing hot day and in tandem, extremely polite and answered any questions I had, cleaned up after themselves (had to go through a brick wall into the house) and I can't say enough good things about them! I HIGHLY recommend this company and I am very picky and do thorough research before hiring a contractor. This is simply the best experience I have ever had with a big ticket item/contracting work and product. Thank you Convertible Air! I really appreciate your attention to detail and ability to satisfy me. I feel totally confident that I choose the RIGHT business and that you will be there for me if I have any problems down the road. I've already recommended you to all my neighbors and friends. G.     Outstanding!

    Outstanding service form the onset. Had to replace a 30 yr old Furnace, an older AC and water heater rental. A very experienced sales rep came in to provide me an estimate and I recognized the expertise and professionalism immediately compared to 4 other competitors I met with. Price was very fair, no pressure and recommendation was at my best interest. He always took the time to answer all my questions very promptly and once I decided the installation was quickly scheduled in a matter of weeks. Installers were pros too-Kudos to the 2 that came in with all thier years of experience and professionally installed all the HVAC equipment within an 8hr window. Everything was left clean. Had some minor issue after and in a matter of days they came back and took care off it. No matter how many times I called or asked them questions, all the guys at convertible showed remarkable patience and provided professional and knowledgeable answers. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. Looking forward to a continued relationship with this company!

    Furnace and AC replacement

    I wanted to renew my furnace and AC units since last year but hated to go through the full process. Finally this year I have found an add from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did! All the process, from meeting the sales person, quotation and installation went smoothly in just few days. Now I have new units and I barely can hear them working . I will continue my relationship with this company in the future with maintenance and new projects. Thank you Convertible. Adrian D.

    New furnace and AC

    We are very happy with our decision to have CONVERTABLE AIR replace our aging furnace & AC It was refreshing to get straightforward feedback and advice. Patient with questions and helpful with knowledgeable information pertinent to our particular installation. Technicians were a pleasure to deal with and went about their work in an efficient and professional manner.
