    Furnace and AC installation and humidifier.

    We were referred to Convertible Air and from start to finish from the initial quote to the installation they were very professional and answered all the questions we had. We had a few quotes and they gave the best price and advice. They had done the installation a 2 weeks ago and recently Installed a humidifier this past Monday.

    Furnace, waterheater and HRV

    Very professional team. Rick and his team were very conscientious and ensured that we were consoulted at every stage of the instalation. We are confident that if there are any future issues they will be here to help.

    Ductless Heating and Air Conditioning Unit

    This is the second time i purchased HVAC products with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and was pleased to do so again. Chris fully explained my options in a visit to my house and took the time to educate me about the proper product to purchase. I really appreciated his patience. On the day of installation, Roop and Josh were punctual , friendly, and thorough in their work. I have no hesitation in recomending this family run company of many years!

    New air conditioner

    Chris is amazing in suggesting which brand to pick from! We picked Armstrong air! Ac is running amazing and very quiet! Josh was amazing at installation and explained everything! Amazing service! Thank you!

    Super Job

    Michael who came to give me the quote was extremely pleasant and professional. The day of the installation Ali & David arrived on time, neatly dressed and worked really hard doing the work and also had to deal with some unexpected guests - wasps. The installation was completed in good time and when they left everything was cleaned up and the areas left very tidy. The three employees of Convertible that I dealt with certainly make me want to recommend this company to anyone in need of a new furnace or air conditioner.

    New Goodman Furnace

    Mike patiently discussed all my options, and installers were polite, professional and fast. And still they had the time to answer all my questions. I am pleased with the result.

    The service was great, the installation was great. The workmen arrived on time, very efficient and very clean.

    Air Conditioner

    It was time to get a new Air Conditioning unit since our 40+ year unit finally broke down. I called Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning based on a Money Saver ad. I spoke to Antoinette in customer service. She was very friendly and helped to setup an appointment with their HVAC Consultant, Mike, the following morning. Mike was right on time and he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He quoted various AC unit options that would suit our needs. He also provided some literature on AC basics. I did get quotes from other AC providers but I found Convertible to be very competitive. I was able to schedule an install with Mike within 24 hours. The service technician, Ali, was right on time, worked diligently and finished the install within the time quoted. He also provided me with tips to get better AC performance and proper care of the unit. The invoice amount was exactly what was quoted, no extras. I was so impressed with Convertible, across the board, and I will continue to work with them on scheduled maintenance in the future.

    Replace A/C unit

    I have nothing but praise for this company. From initial contact by Sam to the installation by Adam and his team, the project was handled with professionalism and respect. Sam spend the time with me to actually talk me through the options and convinced me that more isnt always the right path. He helped me to right-size the unit for my application and saved me several thousand dollars doing so. Adam convinced me to relocate the unit to the side yard and provide more room in our back yard/pool area Upon arrival, the team got straight to work and the job was finished in 3 hours. Give Convertible a call for your HVAC needs, you wont be dissappointed

    Furnace and A/C

    I have used convertible in the past and will once again. Fast, reliable install. Only issue was with the wiring, could have been routed better.
