    Great job

    I've been using Convertible Air for several years, and theyve always exceeded my expectations. Their team is reliable, punctual, and really knows their stuff when it comes to HVAC. Chris, in particular, is the best salesperson and advisor Ive encounteredhe helped me find the right products at a great price. Brandon and Josh provided a quality installation of my furnace, AC and water heater, ensuring everything was done right the first time. I highly recommend Convertible Air for anyone in need of top notch HVAC services!

    Rinnai Tankless Water Heater

    Professional from beginning to end. I received a quote within a few minutes of my call for service and someone was out to have a physical inspection the next day at the time they promised. My new tankless water heater was delivered and installed the following day. Again they were on time and completed the installation within the window of time promised. Excellent service all around. Will definitely use them again.

    Install team exceeded expectations

    I had Convertible install a new furnace and AC when I moved into my hours 14 years ago. Everything went well and the systems works great so they were a natural choice to talk about replacing my water heater with tankless. Chris was great to deal with and explained how the water heater would be installed and helped select the best model for my family. His team went above and beyond to remove the old system and install the new tankless water heater. Happy with the new product and the Convertible for their excellent service!

    AC Installation

    I've been a customer of Convertible Heat & Air for years. I've purchased a furnace, hot water tank, and just this week a new AC unit. Marnie has been an absolute pleasure to deal - informative, quick to respond, and a straight shooter. Trust her 100% and her installers have always been on time, courteous and clean.     Tankless Water Heater

    Right from the first phone conversation, I felt that this company was willing to take the extra time to explain in detail what the job would entail. The sales person and the staff that installed our tankless water heater acted very professionally and answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else that might consider changing to a tankless water heater.

    Excellent service and price

    Awesome service and great rates. Shopped around and they had the best for the same equipment. Next day install for both a/c and service with excellent service staff.

    Armstrong Air furnace and Rinnai Tankles water heater

    great price, fantastic installing team, one day job, by 7 PM all up and running . Highly recommended, clean, fast, knowledgeable, solid warranty!

    New Furance

    Convertible has been our "go to" for 20 years. Our air conditioner died in the thick of summer heat. Service came out on a holiday, diagnosed the issue and had a new one installed for us on Wednesday of the same week. It was fantastic service, reasonably priced and really courteous and friend install people. We will continue to use Convertible into the future - they have never let us down.

    Air conditioner install

    Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything about different units they offered and the installation process. The installers did an amazing job and I am very happy with the work done. Would highly recommend.

    We recently (Aug 2024) had an AC unit installed by Convertible, and the experience was outstanding. Chris who is the owner was professional, offered clear explanations of my options and provided the most competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. Drew and his team was efficient, and respectful of my home, ensuring a clean and smooth installation. I highly recommend this company.
