    Tankless Water Heater

    I am a repeat customer of Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and will be again. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with from the initial call, maintenance and installation. They all know their business and products extremely well and explain everything and answer all questions (even those you may not have thought of, which is very helpful). Pros and cons were also given and explained for possible alternatives. The service is quick, efficient and all is left clean. Great Service, knowledge, promptness, professionalism and friendliness from Everyone at Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and a good price. Very much appreciated!

    Heat pump and furnace installation

    We are very happy with this company; in fact, we are repeat customers from 20 years ago. The price they quoted for their work was very competitive and the turnaround time was immediate. Their technicians were prompt, very professional, polite and most importantly, very neat and tidy. We're very relieved they were able to come over the next day and complete the work in one day.

    Tankless water heater and A/C installation

    Both sales and installation people were excellent. Both Sam and Chris explained in detail the various products available and recommended the best ones that would best meet our requirements. The installation team was very professional and meticulous. Upon completion, they took the time to explain everything that was done, usage and to maintain both units. Thank you!

    Excellent

    Professionally explained the hardware and installation process. Quoted proposal was delivered and installed on time. They know the economics and helped me make the best decision for my budget and needs.

    New A/C unit

    My 17 year old central air unit stopped working on Saturday of the long weekend. I called Convertible and within an hour Micheal. returned my call. After answering a few questions, Michael gave me rough estimate of the cost and the process. On Sunday, he was over and provide a written quote and on Tuesday my unit was installed. Amazing service for any day of the week but particularly on a long weekend. The service was great and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

    Third air conditioner I have bought from Convertible

    This is the third air conditioner that myself or a family member have purchased from Chris at Convertible. First one was for a rental property, next my son purchased one for his house and now my Goodman air conditioner (37 years old) quit during the current heat wave. Spoke to Chris on Friday, and he had the new unit installed on Tuesday after a long weekend. Very happy with the service. The two installers were friendly and completed the installation without any issues. Cleaned up after themselves.

    Best HVAC company to use

    In 2016, after a lot of research/quotes we chose Convertible Air to replace our furnace. We were 100% happy with Chris, the Convertible Air installers, and furnace. And a few days ago our air conditioner died. So, first thing I did was contact Chris, who was immediately available (even on a long weekend), and he patiently answered my questions and concerns. He gave me a great low-down of the different ACs they offer (cheapest to most expensive, what would be best for our needs) I ultimately went with the Armstrong make (sister of Lennox). In my own internet research, and also talking with others who had additional questions/concerns, Chris convinced me that the Armstrongalthough the less-expensive model, was the better choice than spending a bit more for Lennox (typically you think more $$$, better name brand recognition is. Better. But not always). The install today went smoothly. The two reps were timely, efficient, polite, and did a great job. Clean up was perfect. And my gosh, compared to our old clunker, our new AC is so quiet. Thank you Chris. I 100% recommend Convertible Air for any HVAC needs. They are family-owned and run, and I can tell they take great pride and satisfaction in what they do. Cheers.

    Repeat client... Highly recommended!

    Replaced Noritz water heater with a Rinnai. The team at the office and those that came to install were incredible - will recommend them to anyone looking for great service and pricing!

    air conditioner repair

    My air conditioner wasn't working. I called Convertible and they showed up within few hours and fixed the issue the next day.

    Air Conditioner

    I used Convertible Air 5 years ago to replace a furnace. Furnace worked amazing. I moved and the new home had no A/C. Called Convertible Air and was given a Quote by Michael who was very professional and new exactly what I required. The next day the installer Ali and Marta came on time and completed the job and went an extra mile to explain to me the type of new furnace my house came with " worked with water" and how to shut it off in the summer and oven it in the winter. Also Ali explained to me how to use the new thermostat. They are a great team and I would recommend Convertible Air to anyone needing a furnace or Air Conditioning Unit.
