    Furnace and Air Conditioner installation

    Tankless Hot Water Heater

    Called to replace hot water tank with a tankless hot water heater, promptly sales visited job site and gave price and unit was replaced within a week to suit our schedule. The installation team knew what was needed and have done a satisfactory completed the job, very professional and courteous attitude.

    New Heat Pump & Furnace

    I chose Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning after doing extensive research and shopping around with other companies. I ended up taking advantage of the Heat Pump rebate and then 6 months later, replacing my 25 year old furnace. *Heat Pump 5/5* Mike provided an informative quote and the price was very competitive with other companies. The installation was punctual and completed in a relatively timely manner, despite only having 1 person doing the installation, but was told 2 installers were attending. I forgot who the installer was, but he was courteous and cleaned up all the mess prior to leaving. He also walked us through the operational aspect of the Heat Pump. *Furnace 4/5* Our furnace went down, so I contacted Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning regarding a replacement. Mike previously provided us a quote 6 months prior, therefore when they amended the new price, there was a $100 increase which was reasonable. The installers, Kemar and his associate, were very courteous and cleaned up all the mess prior to leaving. The installation itself was 5/5. Unfortunately I had to knock it down 1 because there was a miscommunication regarding the installation. I was initially told there was a good chance the furnace was to be installed on a Friday, but unfortunately the person to line the chimney wasnt available until Monday. When Monday rolled by, Kemar and his associate came to install the furnace without issue, however, the person to line the chimney did not show up. Kemar and his associate ended up lining the chimney, so we were confused as the other company was not required to line the chimney, therefore there was a chance the furnace couldve been installed earlier. I called Mike who apologized, as it was an error on their end by using another company to line the chimney. *Overall* All in all, I would recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and would rate them a 4.5/5.

    New AC

    I recently had a new air conditioning unit installed by Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and am extremely satisfied with the service. The installation team were able to come in early and were very professional throughout the process. They took care to ensure my home was left clean and answered any questions I had. The new unit is high-quality and has made a significant difference in cooling my home efficiently and quietly. From the initial consultation, to the quick turnaround, to the final installation, the customer service was exceptional. Marnie and Rick were knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. The pricing was competitive, and I feel that I received great value for the quality of the product and the service provided. I highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone in need of a new air conditioner. Their professionalism and quality service are outstanding.

    Needed a New Water Heater and they made it a great experience

    Chris and his team (Kamil and Steven) have once again provided me and my household with another excellent product and tremendous customer experience! My old water heater tank recently broke down and Chris immediately came over and analyzed the situation, which corroborated what other contractors told me. Chris immediately provided me with a variety of options that best suited my house hold needs. He placed his technician's on standby for me once I could confirm the direction, (which were the exact same ones who installed my furnace last year - how great and more efficient is that to get the same technicians who know your home/inner layout on two separate jobs?!!) and they did another outstanding job - so quick, efficient, with no issues whatsoever! They were even a touch early and finished up early. Chris also demonstrated great understanding for a flexible payment plan as needed and offered me a great price and value for the new equipment. I will never go back to those large impersonal heating and energy companies and deal with their generally very terrible and understaffed/overworked customer service associates and technicians. Convertible Heating and Energy really manages my household stress levels with such matters, and provides me with peace of mind and hot water in this instance! Many thanks once again!!

    New Attic Heat Pump Install

    My experience from the start was great with Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning. Chris was great at communicating and walking us through the product and install, setting up a quick and easy installation date. From the time the guys showed up, they were respectable of our space and making sure we were well taken care of! Would recommend their work over and over again, and will be reaching out again if more work is needed.

    New Air Conditioner Installed

    We recently had an air conditioning unit installed. They were fast, efficient, experienced, and it was installed at a good price. Marnie and the installers were wonderful to work with and we would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

    Great work on full HVAC job

    We are very impressed with the installation of our new water heater, furnace and air conditioner! It was a big job but everything was done smoothly, quickly and neatly in just a day and a half. Kemar and his assistant were punctual, polite and very professional. All the debris was promptly removed and things left neat and tidy. The new setup is so much more compact than our old "octopus" of a furnace! Marnie was terrific in answering our many questions and finding the best equipment for our home. We will definitely recommend Convertible to anyone considering HVAC work.

    Excellent and Timely Service

    I am thankful that I was able to get a hold of Chris. He talked me through the process and provided an affordable price for my furnace and AC. In addition, he provided me payment options that were suited to my situation. In addition, the installation was timely and seamless. Brandon and Josh were more than willing to answer any questions I had during their installation. Great team and excellent service
