    new a/c unit

    Sales person Christopher was outstanding, explained everything in great detail. Unit was installed on the date and time as promised, no surprises. The technician Drew and his helper Danny did a top notch job, used drop clothes, swept up and then went over all the work preformed inside and outside. Also gave me a few pointers on how to maintain and keep the unit clean for optimal performance. Price point was under the two other quotes I received for the same Unit and warranty. This was a nice stress free experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

    GSX13024 AMANA DISTICTIONS 2 TON HIGH EFFICIENCY AC

    Drew and Danny did a good job. They explained the equipment very well and they both were very polite and helpful.

    AC Installation

    I recently purchased a new AC from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning (install date: July 13th, 2024). Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the installation. The overall experience is hassle free and seamless. I spoke to Antoinette originally who referred me to Chris. Chris helped me to decide on an appropriate AC unit. Ali was very professional on install day. His work is excellent. He left our place looking exactly as it was before except we had a brand-new AC :) Thanks Antoinette, Chris, and Ali for a wonderful experience. I don't have to worry about the AC for a long while now. Thank you. Communication: 10/10 Install: 10/10

    Installation of heat pump

    Professional installation. Completed in 1 day. They did really nice job and also cleaned the area after installation. I am really happy with the service and people who came to install the heat pump were polite.

    New AC and furnace installation

    Our old AC gave up functioning on a hot summer day. We called Convertible and were very pleased with Sam, who answered our questions thoroughly and then put us in touch with their sales representative. Chris visited us, explained the options available and helped us decide on the best choice for our situation. We had the team at our house the following morning. Darryl and his teammate were very professional and efficient. They did an impeccable job installing our new AC, furnace, and humidifier. They also removed the old equipment and left our house clean and comfortable. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and we were delighted with the entire process and the result. Thank you, Sam, Chris, and Darryl, for making this an enjoyable experience. This was our second time dealing with Convertible. They also replaced our water tank last year and did a great job with it. We wholeheartedly recommend Convertible to our family, friends, and anyone who needs these services.

    Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Observing Kamil and his partner efficiently install my new tankless water heater was a pleasure. Their proficiency was evident as they seamlessly tackled any challenges that arose during the installation. Prior to starting the work, they took care to protect the floors, and upon completing the installation, they left my place clean and tidy. I am thoroughly satisfied with the installation done by CONVERTIBLE Team and highly recommend their services!

    Old A/C packed it in. Chris came and gave an excellent quote with multiple options. Crew came quickly and provided professional work. Would recommend Convertible.

    AC 2 ton Installation

    I am very happy with the service provided. They did the job professionally well and kept the work area very clean. Finished the work on time. AC is working perfectly good.
