    Furnance and AC replace

    Fast and professional Thanks Chris ( sales ) and Adam ( technician ). Furnance broke down sunday tuesday morning tech at the door 5 hours later furnance and ac already replaced

    furnace and air conditioner installation

    removal of our old and tired furnace and air conditioner was done quickly and without any complications. Installation of new Carrier furnace and air conditioner was completed without any difficulties by the work crew same day. The work area was tidied up nicely and the old units were taken away without any head aches. A good job done by the sales rep. and the work crew.

    Super Service

    Our family has used them for several years and have always had great service. This week our furnace decided quit at our new home. Even though we used them many times before we still reached out to others for comparable. However, we ultimately decided to use Convertible again because of their reasonable pricing and payment options. From beginning to end the team at Convertible was excellent. Marnie arrived, taking all protective caution, and walked us through all our options and guiding us to something that meets our needs. The technicians were prompt, clean and walked us through what would be done throughout the day (and polite!). At the end they gave a rundown of all we needed to do once they left and even provided us with advice on other issues that needs to be looked into. We’re really happy and will continue to be repeat customers.

    furnace and humidifier

    I first contacted Marnie in July 2020 and several times thereafter, she was very professional, informative and helpful in answering all my questions regarding replacement of my furnace and she also provided much needed technical information that I would not have known. In October when we were ready to replace our furnace I contacted Marnie again as well as other dealers. The Technicians, Adam and Arthur did an amazing job on the installation and answered any of my questions during and after the installation. Convertible by far provided the best customer service, product knowledge, best warranty and price. I would definitely recommend Convertible for all your Heating & Air Conditioning needs.

    Furnace conversion

    I had an oil furnace that was costing a lot of money to maintain and my oil tank didn’t pass inspection so I decided to convert to a gas furnace. My daughter recommended Convertable Heating to me based on her previous excellent experience with the company for her own home services. Their price was on par with several other companies and the many questions with our salesman, Mike, were always very quickly responded to and always very explanatory. We would highly recommend this family run long standing business to everyone. Honesty is their policy. A big thank you to Grant who is in charge of their warranty and service plans. He has always been super helpful.

    Tankless water heater Rinnai RU160in

    I needed to replace a tank water heater for a tankless one in my home. The house is built in 1978. The sales person Chris was knowledgeable and attentive. He offered me a few options in terms of unit. The price of the select unit was as advertised - $2799 plus tax. This included the removal of the old unit, purchase and installation of the new water heater Rinnai RU160in. There were no extra charges and the pricing was fair as I previously took quotes from other vendors for the same unit. The installers were very experienced. Came on time. The work took about three and half hours. To summarize, I am happy with the experience and would recommend this company.

    Timely, attentive and competitively priced

    The sales and installation techs of convertible air were timely, professional and got the job done to my satisfaction with no issues whatsoever. As well, they were willing to work with me on financing in installment payments which made a big difference in considering them over other competitors. Would absolutely recommend them!

    Furnace / AC

    My furnace had broken down on one of the coldest days in October. On recommendation from a friend, who also had their furnace replaced last winter, I contacted Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. Their consultation was quick and efficient as was their service upon installation of my new furnace and ac. I would highly recommend their company. Thank you.

    New Furnace: Very Happy

    From the start, my experience with Convertible was very good. Marnie was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She was extremely prompt in responding to both phone and email contact. Their price was very competitive. This was my first experience buying a furnace so i needed to feel confidence and trust as well as keep the cost in mind.     Furnace Install

    I contacted Convertible through Homestars and Marnie reached out to me almost immediately and came to my home within one business day to assess the job and provide a quote. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate clearly and effectively what the furnace options were as well as the specific job requirements given the constraints of my site (e.g., water tank had to be drained and moved in order to remove the old furnace). This inspired a great deal of confidence! The technicians who installed the furnace were equally good at communicating the important steps of the job and were very respectful to keep my property clean and free of damage to the walls as they were carrying the old and new furnaces out of and into the basement. I would recommend this company without reservation.
