    new furnace and air conditioner

    My sister and l called a few companies, still not happy. I received a flyer from Home Saver. I called the company Convertible and l received a call from the sales rep Chris, he answered all my questions, l was happy with the price, had options for payments and warranties. I had my a/c and furnace installed, the workers were Ali, his brother Mohamed. They were experienced, professional, very detailed. Also the final job was great, cleaned up the area , never seen a company use a cover to protect our floors, very happy with their service.

    Furnace, Humidifier and AC Installation

    Christopher explained the product very well and is very accommodating with the payment. The installation went very well and it looks professionally done. Furnace and humidifier are running great. AC runs but I will have to wait for summer if it works fine. I am confident that they have my back if there is any issue with the product.

    Furnace and AC install

    had many companies provide quotes for furnace and AC install. overall found Chris at Convertible to be very knowledgeable on the product features. Installed a Goodman furnace and AC which was completed today. Installers were very pleasant and did a good job and install went well and unit is working well. The only area i would suggest for potential improvement is installation and user knowledge of thermostat. to set up i still was required to contact Ecobee to complete installation and user instructions. would have hoped to have more assistance here from installers so that unit was set up 100% prior to them leaving.

    Very satisfied with furnace replacement

    This is my second time using Convertible Air as I had my furnace replaced this time after having my hot water tank replaced 5 years ago. Chris was very transparent and up front with my options and pricing on the new furnace. I was booked in very quickly and the installers, Kemar and Jevawn, were very knowledgeable and did a great job ensuring that the new furnace was up and running properly. The service at Convertible was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to handle your HVAC needs.

    Tankless install

    Working with Convertible Air was great. From sales to install everything went smoothly. The lead installer, Kamil, was amazing and did great work. He checked in with me regularly for decisions on where to route the venting and hang the unit. His professionalism really made the experience great.

    Furnace Repair

    We couldn't be happier with the service and the honesty. We reached out on Saturday when our furnace didn't kick on despite the temperature dropping and even via message, Marnie the GM already had a good sense of what the issue was. The technician came promptly on Monday to diagnose and fix the issue. He was professional, courteous, and even had a compliment for the cat! He also explained everything he was doing and even had a few maintenance tips for us such as what filter was best to use. We were looking into duct cleaning as well, and would not use another company moving forward for either service! Previous company we had used last year does not compare to the service honestly, value and professionalism of Convertible Heating an Air Conditioning

    New Air Conditioner

    Sam was amazing during the pre-sales process. He was honest about pricing and wanted to provide the right product/service for the job. He suggested a unit bigger than our existing one based on home size before we even mentioned having trouble cooling in previous summers. The price difference was very little but he helped us get the right option. The quote provided was accurate and there were no additional fees or difficulties. The installers were timely, efficient, clean, and friendly enough to answer a few questions. The old unit was disposed of, everything they touched looked way better than before, and they finished in just under 3 hours. They also explained exactly what was done and some specific details unique to our install. The new unit cools the house in record time and is even pretty quiet. Very impressed by everything from Convertible Air and will be using them again.

    Tankless Water heater

    Adam was really friendly and professional. Mats were set down in the house and he answered our questions (first time with a tankless) in a positive demeanour. We had other competitive quotes, but it was the customer service that tipped the winning point! Looking forward to using our tankless.

    New Furance

    AC Unit Installation

    The guys came on time...laid down mats on all parts of the house they were entering. Quick, efficient and friendly. Offered to show us what they did when they were finished and were very very nice.
